What are you thankful for this year?

When I was a child my family had a Thanksgiving tradition. We would sit around the dinner table and each person would say what they were most thankful for in their life. I think it was a wonderful tradition and I would like to continue it. So let me be the first.

I am thankful for all the people who ensure my freedom. We often take for granted and rarely give the time or thought to stop and give thanks to those who gave their lives, or lost a loved one and/or family member, so that we might be able to live in relative peace and freedom. Lets not take our rights and freedoms for granted. Our freedom was not free, but bought with the blood of our Brothers and Sisters, Fathers and Grandfathers. We are now are at risk of losing these rights and freedoms if we continue to take them for granted and turn a blind eye to law makers and politicians. No, its not perfect country, but it's pretty damn nice, and I want to take a moment and say thank you to those who dare to dream of a more perfect tomorrow.

I also want to extend a Thanksgiving blessing to all the wonderful people I've had the opportunity to meet. You have enriched my life and I want to say Thank You. I hope you all are able to surround yourselves with the love of your familles and friends and enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving this year.

Love and Peace
Megan Riley

That's a great reason to be thankful,Megan and one that many of us including myself take for granted each and every day we get out of bed. We turn the TV on and all we hear about is another US service man or woman in harms way who has given up their lives for our continued freedom.I agree that they are the true heroes that should be part of each and everyone's Thanksgiving blessing tomorrow.
Freedom means many different things to many different people but
its probably best defined by those whom DO NOT HAVE IT.
Thankfully, we still have it!Let's all remember that tomorrow.

....and lastly, since this is the TER board, Freedom makes everything better.... especially SEX!...so let's not forget to give thanks(in private of course although your FREE to do it however you choose) for having great sex.

Cheers and Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Amen!

Your membership name reminded me of the story of the 80 year old widower who was courting the still-spry 70-something widow. They were contemplating tying the knot. Wanting everything well defined up front, he asked her how often she would like to have sex. She responded "I'd like to have it...infrequently."

He thought for a moment, then asked "was that one or two words?"
