Do any of you guys own a place to hobby in? or do any you providers?

The reason why I ask is this..I have this renal townehouse..2 bedroom upstairs and downstairs living room dining galley kithchen and basement is semi finish and can be used as another room..so 3 floors

Any way kinda tired of renting it out and thought maybe go halfs or split 3 ways with two other guys to have as a hobby location..we each would have keys and text when in use so noone else would schedule same day appt..I mean utilities wouls be minimall since it would not be in use much and figure actual "rent" would be under $500 split 3 ways would be cheaper than a hotel...I thought man this would be great! cheap too!

I bought it as a fixer up when I was 28 so thats why its cheap..

And for providers would working out a deal to use this place sound good to you? basically you rent the place monthly and I would use the other room for dates when you were not useing it or you simply rent at a discount rate in exchange for "your time"

oh its nothing serious as for now it was just a thought but yes it is clean..As far as being in the hobby still have not taken the plunge yet just joined and kinda seeing how things go or work here..

When the time comes as if my tenant moves out then I may think more seriously about it,and post on the regional baords..I was just curious if  an arrangement like this presented itself to other members here or providers..But I'm in the dayton columbus cincy area (ohio)

Do you really want hobby activities going on, at a place you own? Especially if you're not there. You have no control over who a provider would see, what if a problem was to occur between a provider and a client. Don't see any upside and way to much downside.

I agree- you could run afoul of any number of conspiracy statutes, in addition to the more obvious risks of bing busted for the act of prostitution itself.
