From my own personal experience this is with out a doubt the sexiest woman alive and it's not even close. She is mind boggleing. There are not enough adjectives in the dictionary to do her justice. Simply put she is beyond incredible!

The Sexiest Man Alive, the sexiest woman/women are generated each year by who is on top. No not that on top but rather who is working. Who is in the public eye a lot. Mila Kunis for example had Black Swan come out, and since then has had a string of movies coming out. Next one is a gritty, cop crime movie with Clive Owen. She put on a few pounds for the role so that brought a lot of attention. She had to drop quite a bit of weight for her role as a ballerina in Black Swan. And she is currently dating her That 70s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher. Not sure who else is on the list mentioned but there are a few going around that include Blake Lively, Carey Mulligan, Scarlett Johanssen, and the Olsen twins' younger sister Elisabeth Olsen(great young actress).

everyone has their own opinion as to what beauty is .  Mila is cute but certainly not the sexiest woman alive. I wouldn't kick her out of bed, but then again, I wouldn't have take her home in the first place.  heck, she wasn't even the hottest chick on "That 70's Show". the red head  ( Donna) was much more bang-able.

Don't know what it is about that combination, but it beats a blonde with blue eyes every time for me. Megan Fox, Denise Richards, Vanessa Williams, and that chick who played "Taylor Vaughn" in "She's all that" lol.
