real photo vs photo accurate

Recently, I seem to be coming across a number of profiles which have

real photo: no           photo accurate: yes

how can that be? I must be missing what the distinction is, but how can an accurate photo not be real?
Is it an accurate representation as done by a professional sketch artist? :)

the person who shows is not the person in the photo, but they have a similar build/weight/hair color/overall look.

Real: Yes, the photo is of the girl you are seeing

Accurate: Was the photo taken in this decade or two decades ago?

so a no/yes on those means its an accurate pic...of somebody else?
How would you know if its not the person you end up seeing?

BOING! Ah, I just got what you meant. As in no the pic is not of the girl, but then the reviewer resonds that yes the pic is accurate.

Well, I suppose perhaps he was trying to give her some credit in having selected a fake picture of a woman who bears a strong resemblence to her?

An accurate photo would have to be her and would represent her as she looked when you met her. I see what you mean. "Real photo" does seem a bit redundant, paired with "accurate photo."

Photo accurate means that the photo was not modified to remove tattoos and other blemishes on the skin. It also means that the size etc represents how the provider looks today.

Real Photo = Is it the woman you just paid to see?
Accurate = Does she still resemble the photo?

I don't see how you could have a "no" answer to "real photo" and a "yes" answer to "accurate" unless the guy who filled out the profile was an idiot.

at my two "surprise visits" where the pictures were 1) somebody else  2) taken eons earlier or 3) the best special effecs by George Lucas.

When you go in a room and expect to see "A" and you see "oh my God!" the first thought is to sue for misrepresentation :-)    Then you realize...hmmm, what I'm doing is not exactly legit so I'll just pay money and leave.

Then the little head says "hey dummy, you're here and I'm hard."   Big head says "ok, I'll just close my eyes."

I did stay in both cases, wrote the reviews and I look back at it now and chuckle.

Bostonguy57 and others are right:   How can you say "NO" to real photoa nd "YES" to accurate?   Sounds like a political speech.

It's takes time to fill out and check all those boxes, especially knowing that it's typically not going to make any difference, since the first review "Sets the Stage" for all future reviewers.

This happens because, obviously, the STAFF never checks the profiles for accuracy.  It's the same for a pre-op TS:  How can "lick pussy" be yes on a chick with a dick?

The problem report system exists to correct errors or make changes in a provider's profile. We as customers are responsible for helping to keep the profiles accurate. For Staff, checking a link for accuracy is relatively easy, checking every aspect of a provider's profile before the review went up would mean it would take weeks for reviews to get posted, if at all, since these ladies are not always easy to get a hold of for confirmation purposes.
