I recently joined a agency in Florida and I have to tell you I was shocked!
I went on tour for a short time in Minniapolis and Detroit etc. The lady who they call Alison booked me so many calls I couldnt breath. I kept on insisting for a break and that was enough after no response from her I cancelled the remainder of my trip and came home. I did not settle matters with her I felt as if I was used. Her boyfriend then hired someone to come and do harm to me and my family for something so minor. I have to tell you it makes me wonder if all girls who work for agencies arent over worked and booked so many appointments. It cant be a safe or healthy thing. I feel sorry for girls out there that have had bad experiences with agencies and if you have not good luck and hopefully you never will. If you are interested in the details to this agency etc. email me from the 411. Thank You

Thank you for your post. This is not a Third World country. Try a different agency or stay as independent. Good luck

The problem you mentioned is too common in some agencies.  The person doing the booking is not the one doing the work, there is some disregard for the health and well being of the provider.  There are some good agencies that protect and work with their providers and clients, but those are too few.

Why are we supposed to be surprised by this?

You made a deal, and are now trying to rationalize reneging on it.

Why are we supposed to be surprised y this?

You didn't settle up with the agency that booked your cleints while you worked for them? You kept all the money and you wonder why they sent someone to collect. This still is an illeagl business and there are lots of people who wont let stealing go. You just put your self at risk. You had an agreement like it or not. Now you have unscruplous people trying to collect monies from you, i bet anyway they can. not a very smart thing to do. in any business there are people who dont take this kind of thing lightly. in this one i can guess its worse. for all you know the agency you workd for is "family owned"

When you work at a regular job and you decide to quit you dont get to keep an advance you were granted simply because you want to, or because you dont like how you were treated by that company. You have to pay them back, or they will sue you.

if you were  unhappy because you got to much work and wanted to leave and not return fune so be it that is your right. Be independent, Book your own clients but to not settle up IS THEFT. Peroid end of story. If you steal from the agency your working for then id assume you'll steal from clients etc.

i would never want to see a dishonest provider with a bad reputation, Just as i would never want to deal with a dishonest agency with a bad reputation.

It seems that the schedule was forced on you. Here in my place, the agency ask the ladies first, before confirming a meeting. Then the agency calls the hobbyist back to confirm if the lady is OK.  If a lady is not available, then it's a no go. It's just simply courtesy.

JEEZ! Sent a thug after you? Involved your family?? Hope you met him at the door with a .44! I don't like agencies, never did. Had too many bad experiences with them. This just reinforces those feelings. I would like the details so I know who to avoid, but don't know what the 411 is. I hope you have better luck in the future as an indi.

PS: It's true you should have paid them their due, then cut loose. It still doesn't make what they did to collect palatable either.

PSS: And it's not my intention to rip legitimate/good angencies either. Just tend to shy away from them as every one I ever dealt with eventually (or immediately) attemped to burn me in some way.

I'm with you.  It pains me every time I see people make negative generalizations about agencies.  I know there are plenty of shady ones out there, but there are reputable ones as well, who respect their providers, and understand that the agency works for the ladies, not the other way around.  I happen to phone op for a great agency, and just as cutehunkie says, we only book providers on as many calls per day as they want, and we don't force them to see anyone they don't want to see.  We don't hustle or upsell the clients, we don't bait and switch, we don't cash and dash, and rarely use drivers.  As a result, we have happy providers who feel safer knowing we look out for them, and happy clients who appreciate the honesty and consideration, and as a result come back repeatedly.  Now granted, if a provider agreed to a certain call volume or schedule, and then renegged last minute, we would certainly find that aggravating, but sending someone out to intimidate a girl, that just sounds flat out ghetto to me!

"I did not settle matters with her I felt as if I was used."

What you meant to say was "I didn't like the way they ran things so I stole their money"

Thx,

Dave

I mean please, isn't that just like saying that because crime is commited by some black people, all black people are criminals?  Or because some radical Muslims commit unspeakable acts of terror, all Muslims must be murderous religious zealots?  Of if many Jewish people are wealthy and educated, they must all be bookish misers.  I could go on and on in this vein, but I'm sure you get the point.  Perhaps you have had bad experiences with shady agencies in the past, but we have clients who don't like dealing with independants because they feel that the ones they have contacted in the past are flaky and unreliable.  They aren't totally right in thinking that, and you aren't totally wrong in mistrusting agencies.  There are good and bad apples in every bunch.  Try thinking a bit before making blanket statements.

I think his blanket statement seems pretty close to my experience and those of my friends.  While you may be associated with THE agency that behaves ethically, the rest of them have a bad rep.  Ther plethora of indy ladies who came out of the brothel/agency world seems to back this up.  If it was so good for all concerned, they would stay, n'est pas?

So rejoice in your island amid the slime, and know that you will be tarred by the same brush that paints them....

To begin, I have an excellent repuation in the business, and the ladies that work for our service, are very loyal. To begin with Mrs, Sara, or Leah which ever name she cares to use ( on this particualr day), signed an independent contract waiver, agreeing to pay our commisson owed, at the end of her trip.

She also failed to mention, that she lied about sending a fed ex of our commission in a money order, on the last day of her tour. When asked for a confirmation number, she ignored the question, as well as bailing on a trip for the next week to detroit.
As well as suppposedly travelling to Detroit- her original reason for being there, was to help a relative out. That should have been my first clue. When we consider hiring a lady for employment, we do not just bring them on right away. We do quite a rigorous interviewing proocess, as well as speaking to them via phone for a long period of time, before bringing them on our team.

Anyone who would stoop to sending a so called hit man to a provider's house, maybe doing business on her level.I have alot more to do with my day, then being that deceitful. Especially, considering we are based in Florida, and she is in Phoenix, AZ.
I have given this woman, the benefit of the doubt to discuss this situation, of her stealing my commission that was rightfully earned in a professional manner, to only be hung on- and screamed at in obscenities.
. The simple fact, is she stole funds from my company,as well as myself putting moneys out for advertising, for potential clients to view her on Eros, as well as a hotel location for her to book appointments at.

So, is it possible, that this lady has a reputation of ripping other agencies off as well. I am a very honest , reliable agency. There has not been one time, that my service's name has ever been brought up in a negative sitation! We are far from being slave drivers, or is it more like we are probably one of the one most laid back, trust worthy and honest services out there.

As well as  seeing that all of thee ladies on my website, have been with us for a long period of time and are well respected and reviewed here on TER.

Obviously, this woman has jerked around another service as well.
Period she ripped me off, for a sum of money, and unfortunatley this had to be brought to the boards.

Needless, to say, I have tried communicating with her, to only be hung up on repeatedly, which has been going on now for almost 1 month- since she decided to start this fairy tale.

Now you tell me, do you really think she is in the right?
I dont think so. The bottom line is honesty vs, cowardness.Again, it is a shame that this has had to be brought to the boards, in wasting the hobbyists time, in reading her nonsense. As well as being threatened with a police report, and a supposed an attorney. And after requesting for this supposed officer to ring me! I am told to  f *** myself.
My phone is not ringing! where is the report. What am I being sued for, requesting my commission earned? This is better then the Disney channel!

Thankyou board for listening,
Regards Alison

I have to say something to all I have a police report number 41-437513A the mans named that pushed his way in my house is _______
I dont need to lie about anything. Read the report for yourself.
I can say I did feel bad about not paying the dues but I changed my thought when a man came to my door with the intent of collecting at any cost or harm to me. I think that would be a normal reaction for anybody to have. Im going to pay the debt to this agency but I would think twice before I ever work for an agency that had never even laid eyes on me for themselves or met me in person in such an intense interview before being hired. That was all crap! She hired me in the first phone conversation. I have a feeling this is why such an agency who is suppose to be in 23 different cities only has 9 girls on her site including my pic in which they refuse to take down. I no longer work for them and would not again!!!!!! I hope this does not happen to anyone else out there!
