and your's was pretty damn broad.

I remember way back in grade school, I got into a fight with a kid with red hair, am i wrong in my feelings that I "just do not trust redheads"???

I suppose this years SPOTY's may be the most hotly contested yet.

These boards would be terribly empty lol.

As a former agency girl, I can honestly tell you that you were probably just unlucky.  There are some fantastic agencies out there and I hope that you don't let your one bad experience turn you off of all of them :)

Ms. St. Claire what are some traits in an agency that I should look for if I was looking at an agency provider? What should I notice, in the booking agent ?  Finally what are five questions that I should ask before booking an appointment with an agency provider versus an Independent provider?  Also how aware should I be of upselling as well ?  I just wanted to get a former agency girls opinion on this subject?

My preference is not to use an agency. I have always preferred working with and contacting directly an independent lady.

But we all hobby differently. If you ask 100 hobbyists how they decide whom to see (from the number of her reviews, whether she is independent, where she advertises, does she have a website, etc.) you'll get 100 different answers.

Its not fair to make a blanket statement "not to trust agencies" I am sure there are several reputable agencies with great women. But you have to do what's best for you. If you have burned by a particular agency, then never use them again. At the end of the day, take your time and research the ladies thoroughly. Trust what you read and your instincts. You most likely won't get burned too often again...

I just do not trust MEN, as I have been burned once.

See how that works?  Or was my example too broad??

OK, let's narrow it down a touch: I do not trust middle-aged engineers because I was burned once.

The above examples should illustrate how ridiculous such general statements sound to others. {To avoid any outrage, I would like to point out that ALL of my favorite clients are men.  ;-)   A few of my most special clients over the years have even been middle-aged engineers.  You know who you are! xoxo}

Actually, I don't implicitly trust ANYONE.  I do my homework and have safeguards in place to protect myself as best I know how.

Research agencies and the specific lady from each agency the same as you would an independent lady and your risks should be the same, if not more favorable.  Why? Because there are some very reputable agencies out there who, just like any business, will go above and beyond to make things right if you're dissatisfied with a particular service provider.

Please try to keep an open mind, and have fun out there!!!

You know we're all lazy, two-timing, skirt chasers...lol.

And you're right about doing your research...

Glad to see you back beautiful... 😎

Only dealt with 2 agency's and both treated me great.     Gated apartments and the girls were young sexy ladies or college students .     No trashy women or upselling in either agency.   Any shape or look you want.

...so I'll let you know :)

i am too.  been to this agency's meet n greet, the lady who runs it is nice, and providers seem nice, and as a plus many of them take credit cards.

might do one of their girls soon.  will let you know.

We're blessed here in Boston. But I have no hesitation using an agency. In the least. I've also been burned by Indys ... that sucks
just as much ... have you

I take it you kept trying to walk after you fell the first time.

btw ... Make sure it's a reputable agency. Not a fly by night or one you find in the yellow pages or some underground City Paper. That's where you'll usually find poor service and upcharges. Tried that once when traveling, before TER. Fool me once . .

Careful in Boston, that is where I got burned.

I have never been burned by an agency yet, but I've been burned by more than one Indie. In that case, I guess I should not trust women period!
Oh wait a minute, I should not trust people! That's it!

only fatgirl appears to agree with the OP.

I am sure the fact that last years runaway SPOTY winner is the ONLY one agreeing with the OP's ridiculous statement is not lost on anyone. You know they say about "morons of a feather flocking together" lol

This is what I prefer little guy.
You need approval on this site so bad.
Then you wonder why I call you insecure?

Just another sign of his insecurity.

never used an agency.  had more than a few very disappointing sessions, not to mention quite a few nsnc, from indies.

in fact, the first time i called a provider, she never showed up, after 2 hours of texting and calling me telling me how clsoe she was to my hotel.

if i had used the op's logic, i never would have used a provider ever again.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

I got messed over by an independent lady. I got stood up by an agency. Guess I should stick with old lefty. Or maybe I should use the resources here and keep trying.
