I got into a debate with a hobbiest friend about vaginal secretions and whether or not they show that a woman is really stimulated sexually. He contends that a woman either pre-lubes herself allowing her to appear to be getting "wet" from the guy, or she secretes vaginal fluid easily but not connected with her level of sexual stimulation. He contends that in the latter case, ladies can even train themselves to get wet, almost like actresses who can trigger tears on cue. I don't agree with him because I would like to believe that sometimes the woman is genuinely responding to sexual stimulation. What do you ladies have to say? I know it might be hard to get honest answers because your livelihood depends to a great deal on what we men think is going on vs what may be reality. I would hope that there are some of you who can give honest answers. Thanks.
am able to secrete semen without being aroused sexually.
There is no doubt that some providers get a lot wetter than others. I think if you treat them right, plenty of foreplay, maybe even using a vibrator, they truly get hot & wet, even if they are not able to have an orgasm every time. I have had several that were really dripping so I don't belive they were faking.
"He contends that . . . . I don't agree with him because I would like to believe that . . . ."
To judge from this particular dialectical structure, you would appear to be mentally well disposed and equipped for enjoying fantasy for what it is worth and maybe even more. Consider that your good fortune. Why let yourself get trapped into some kind of macho male competition over who can be more coldly cynical and objective? Why let this guy harsh your buzz?
Actually there are so many factors that contribute to a provider being able to get wet or not. One being medication or the pill. It can vary depending on the time of the month as hormone levels make a big difference....when I was pregnant I squirted but can't do it now. Also I have noticed that directly after a bath or submersion in a jacuzzi or pool I can be very turned on and not get very wet...also latex reduces how long some women can stay wet and lube should always be used with condoms as a rule to prevent them from breaking. I use very thin ultra sensitive ones so I do always use lube even if I am very turned on. Then there is of course alcohol which can cause dehydration and of course not drinking enough water. I don't think you men should gauge a womens amount of arousal based solely on lubrication. I get flushed in my chest and often laugh uncontrollably when I have had the big O...I have also been told that it gets really hot in there and if you are really good I sometimes can't even open my damn eyes and feel like I have had at least 10 IQ points knocked out of me rendering me a babbling idiot. Unfortunately I do not always get hugely aroused even though I always enjoy myself. Sometimes I get wet only after penetration as I really like o F*&^% and I sometimes don't even want any foreplay just a straight up hard as hell pounding
and that is best achieved at first with a bit of lube. I always bring it with me as it canreally help the guy get ready for a second round if you use it with a bit of tantric hand technique. We are not machines and a womens body responds differently depending on so many factors. Perhaps the mystery of it all is why some men just don't even try any more...thank God for those that do.
Ah the side effects of some medications. I myself find that I get highly aroused, but I don't always get as wet as I used to thanks to Claritin which has greatly improved my life and allergies, but dries the hell out of me, down there and thirsty all the time. I do use some lube from time to time cause it's frutstrating for me and the client if I'm not able to get wet enough and it's not always from lack of desire. Once I use a dab of lube, oh so much better! mmmm!
I have mentioned over and over to gents who visit me, that the latex on condoms does dry me out after awhile. Additonally I drink wine, and caffeine and work out heavily. I sometimes use allergy medication. All these factors lead to dehydration. Including the fact that I before every encounter, I like to freshen up with apple cider vinegar, an astringent, but a great PH neutralizer. So a bit of lube makes everybody comfy. In "general" Sometimes lube is really necessary, so I dont see this as a bad thing. (It only makes sense that lube should be used with condoms that are not prelubed - there is a reason for lube other than "faking" it)
Anyway, isn't making it the best it can be for both parties what this is about, rather than a contest of who is real and who is fake? Good God.
As one of the gents mentioned, why ruin the fantasy...enjoy the fact that the lady makes the effort to please
And we do love doing that for you; makes things better all the way round. ![]()

I really do enjoy myself! But the things Ginger Girl pointed out all come into play...
Add to that those of us who just don't drink enough water (YES I know.. but what can I say... so many other things have CAFFIENE!)
I wish I could join Nichole on the "When I need lube I quit..." bandwagon but I need it in a personal encounter too. And trust me I REALLY am turned on!
So there you are.. my .02 worth... but look above for a related question!
Rebecca
I for one have never been able to do pussy tricks. You are never going to see me picking up a penny with my pussy or smoking a cigg with it (EYEEEEEEW) like those crazy girls in Thailand do! Nor am I able to "train" myself to get wet like an actress... HELLO! OMG! LOLLOL I am sorry I just find that hilarious!!!!
The only pussy trick I can do is kegel contractions... Hehe! And those are fun fun fun!
I get wet when I'm turned on. I like to masturbate before I meet with a gentleman to make sure everything is nice and warmed up and ready to go down there ahead of time! (One orgasm just makes me want MORE) BUT... certain things you should know... how wet a lady gets can also depend on age. I have been told mannnnnny times by a close personal friend that as you get older, your body produces less juice down there regardless of how aroused you are. AND... for me at least, something about the way condoms are made can often dry me right up. It's NOT a reflection of my arousal level... just something about my body that doesn't always agree with condoms.
So easy there killer! A need for a lil' lube does not mean your lady friend is not having a wonderful time. It just means... she needs a lil' lube! That's it! Let's not make a big deal out of something that is not a big deal!
Hugs*

I had to chime in on this one. As an actress of over 275 XX videos let me start by saying that a woman can NOT train herself to get wet. That is the most rediculous thing I have ever heard.
Who really knows how our bodies work and why...I surely dont. It could be the mood, the time of month, the amount of sex youve had recently....gees it could be a million things.
I always use lube, in and out of my "personal life". Just in case. Even if I feel moist. The is nothing wose a mood killer than a broken condom. Therefor I prepare to stay in a good mood!
P.S. By the way....back in the day in the videos we used to use "sponges". They wher a contraceptive device available in the drugstore (no longer). They where packed full of nynoxinol9 jelly. Hence, it gave a ozzing effect every stroke in.
Thanks for sharing your experience and preferences with us. Interesting about the sponges (I never heard of them). I don't believe the acting scenario either. I was just passing on what my friend was trying to sell me on.
Me!
No faking at all...
