2002, What a year!

Number of encounters  67  (same as my age)
      15 encounters with #1 ATF       3   two hour  
           12 one hour most extended to 90 min by provider
     
      14 encounters with #2 ATF    1 three hour/dinner  
            2 two hour,   11 one hour (90 min ave)
      16 AMP

After reading year end stories of guys who wished they remembered the course of their activities during the year in years past, this year I decided to jot down my activities in a limited fashion.  From these notes, I can remember fondly almost every one of my encounters with these lovely ladies (for some reason there is one lady I don’t remember).

Anyway, my story for this year went like this.  I had 49 individual encounters with providers in the past year.  I repeated with some ladies several times so I saw 33 different providers during the year.  16 of my sessions were for 2 hours while three of these sessions were for 4 hours.  I also enjoyed my first two girl and anal sessions in 2002.  They were both nice but not something I would go out of my way to repeat.

The most I ever saw of one lady was 6 times in the year.  I repeated with her so many times because this lady was young and cute and especially because she would always see me within a couple of hours of my call.  She did not provide the best experience I had but was always available.  The lady I saw for 4 hours on three occasions is my ATF that I just met this year.  Another favorite of mine that I saw 5 times during the year was somebody who is more of a starving student than provider.  However, since I gave her money, I included her in the list.  I saw her so many times because she was one of the best sexual experiences I’ve ever had.

My grand total expenditures on the hobby were just a shade under $16K.  Do I think it was worth it?  Yes I do!  I had a great time and met some wonderful ladies in 2002.  I can really think of only one or two encounters that were just mediocre.  The things that brought me back to some ladies were a combination of looks, attitude, ease of scheduling and great sex.  These traits may vary in importance with me from day to day.  On the days I just needed to get laid, ease of scheduling took precedence.  Other time, the quality of the experience would take precedent and I would schedule weeks in advance for this.

I decided to write this under an alias because I just wanted to share one guy’s year in the hobby anonymously.  I hope I have half as much fun in 2003 as I did in 2002.  Happy New Year everybody!

Sounds more like Andy Roonie's year end summary than Mathesar... though a pretty ambitious (by my standards) amount of hobbying! Happy New Year!

I had to ponder my play time after reading ForWhatItsWorth's tabulations  I must admit to being somewhat surprized at the amount of money I'd dropped on the hobby last year, but it was a good year for me, my most active year so far, and one hell of a lot of fun.  So, here is my hobby for the year compared to ForWhatItsWorth's with his posted  (FWIW).

I had 16 separate encounters,(FWIW...49)
With 9 different providers,(FWIW...33)
one hour sessions 3,  (FWIW...30 if my math works)
Two hour sessions 3,  (FWIW...16)
four hour sessions 1,  (FWIW...3)
six hour sessions 1  
seven hour sessions 1
nine hour sessions 1
overnight sessions 1
weekend sessions 3
5 day sessions 1
6 day sessions 1
Approximate number of hours on the clock 527,  (FWIW..72 ? math)
Average $/hr. spent about $50. I'm a lucky man!  (FWIW...about $225 not bad at all for so many sessions)

Sub total spent $25,750. I'm calling this a subtotal because it is what I paid directly to the provider for fees.  There have been many dinners, 3 airline tickets for porviders, Theater tickets and other events, and gifts as well.  

There is an ATF here to be sure and my rates on long outings with her have been very special.  We started to click in 2001 and so we have been on the weekend and longer outings together in 2002.  With her I experienced my first two girl fling and I think that it will be my last. Another lady with whom I had an especially good time I asked to stay overnight and she flew to my home city at her own expense and we had a full day together.  It was my birthday and though it wasn't my first Greek experience, it was hers (she had been wanting to give it a try), as a gift to me.

Here is a warning, don't look back over the years hobby expenses unless you have a stiff drink in hand. But wow, what a year it was!

I was hoping to stimulate the kind of feedback you posted as I thought it was kind of interesting in years past by other people.  I included the reasons I saw ladies multiple times so the ladies would have one point of view on what makes a man come back.

The most I ever paid for a single session was the 4 hour @ $700.  The most I ever paid for a single hour was $350 on two occasions (I do have a mental block about paying more than this per hour).  I did have one free session and several that turned out to be at about $100/hour with my favorites. Maybe next year I can try some of the day/multiple day encounters with my ATF.

In case you haven't guessed it, I'm single and my job currently has me working a bunch of hours.  Therefore, since I spent so much time in the hobby last year, I dated only on occasion and seemed to lose interest in the chase of a "normal" girl when it's so easy to call up a lady and take care of your needs.  You can also tell that I prefer variety and that is tough to come by in an honest long term relationship.  Also, nurturing a long term relationship takes a lot of time and effort that I currently to not have.  It may be a phase I'm going through now but I'm enjoying myself.

FWIW I sort of figured that you might be seeing ladies weekly and close to home with that kind of variety.  

I am married and do most of what I do away from home.  In fact my 1 and 2 hour sessions are the locals.  When I'm away I like to really have a companion for the evening and have dinner and sometimes go to so things like Cirque or Blue Man.  

Now that you have an ATF you might enjoy the longer dates too.  As for the $ you must realize that if you were dating you would spend some serious coin too.  And then if you don't hit it off just right you have all the other stuff like "why you never call" or "where were you last night".  I don't think that there is anything better than this hobby for you single guys when you just want some fun with no strings. And in so many ways it's a bargan.

Now lets hear from some of the other hobbiests.

From the personal standpoint, 2002 is one of the worst years of my life – too many emotional low points related to family and friends.  However, this is a banner year for me regarding this hobby.

I have met in person 51 different ladies in 2002 - full sessions with 45 different ladies (25 blondes, 18 brunettes and 2 redheads, 8 B&Ss, 1 FBSM) in 82 occasions (approx 93 hrs); turned down 4 others due to B&S/misrepresentation; encountered 2 ROBs; 8 Greek sessions with 6 ladies – one totally unexpected; no two girls session.  I have 8 two hour sessions with 6 ladies; one three hour session; saw one lady 7 times in one month, 3 others 5 times each within 5 weeks, a few ladies twice.

Don’t want to tally up the cost of services, tips and gifts.  It is still less than the amount I spent on a lady/friend before. The highest rate I paid this year is $500/hr.

Regarding to TER, I became a member in late February, started to participate in the boards in the middle of May, switch to free credit membership at the same time.  So far I have submitted 38 reviews (37 posted with 1 rejection) and 224 problem reports (18 unapproved, 11 duplicated).

ago, fortunately rescued by someone else.  Had a very strong feeling for another one. (Not the one you think :-), someone I met in LA early last summer.)

That's why it takes me so long to respond to the message in SD board.  Hey, I don't even know Claire de Ponse is a redread.  So please cut me some slacks. Lol.

I am a little gun shy right now.  Really need to meditate and do more yoga.

I would still would only say I've had a very pleasant year researching all the ladies I've seen, no counting but I've reviewed most of them. At least half of my reviewees have been multiple-time repeats because I had fun and we seemed to have some chemistry. It took me only one hour to recognize my ATF was an adorable, seductress who got to my heart first through my head, of course the sex is terrific; and then one hour again for my ATF-in-absentia (because she only visites my town). I believe both these gals to be genuine but I'm a very lucky man even if only half right (I doubt they do doubles ! he he, anyway the hot tub only has room for two).

time is limited for me so I have only seen 10 this year in which 5 have been fbsm. If I am ever to spend more then I am investing, I will surely quit the hobby. (If that is possible)
I wish all a better year then mine has been, I think 3 family funerals had almost killed me this year and thats where at least 10k of my hobby cash went....
