69 is lke a conversation rather than a soliloqy.  They both have their merits and timing.  On the whole, I prefer the immediate give and take of 69.  Its not about ending together, but a strong mutual feeling being shared.  I tend to think of the singular act being more open to fantasy plays; a gift, a fantasy of power-play, control games, or a lazy person's request.
