Lady's what is your view on the subject when a guy can't perform, or can't maintain a erection?  I know its embarrassing for the guy, but I'm just curious what the Lady's think.

I am not here to embarrass anyone or make anyone feel bad. And sometimes gentlemen who have trouble in that direction are a) either seeking some *magic* to make everything work, or b) are really much more interested in some snuggling and playful close time together.  Now insofar as it goes, I will say... I will work hard, and try my bestest, but I am not houdini. I wish sometimes I could wave a magic wand and make everything a-ok for some of these gentlemen... I can't. I do my best and usually we both leave happy!

I will add tho that one reason for impotence is... CONDOMPHOBIA. And I have to say that this one bugs me. I mean... you KNOW ahead of time coming into this situation that they are sorta required. Ok, not sorta, they ARE required.  So if your dipstick does a doubletake everytime it's in the presence of a protective item, we've got problems!  Now of course there are other things we can do, and that's fine, but... darnit... I'm GREEDY. I want it ALL!!!! And the only advice I can give to a gent who is plagued by condomphobia, is to masturbate with condoms on. Yeps, you heard me right... much better to get used to them alone, then try them for the first time in front of someone else!  

And, I'll throw in a tidbit about Viagra here... Viagra can (and often does) make it so you're numb. Which can mean you can be mr. studly all day and all night, but never reach a pinnacle, and flustrate the holy heck out of your partner. Please oh please, if you are trying it out, try... a QUARTER of the prescribed dose. If you find you need more, you can always move it up.  

I do not think less of any man who may have problems in this vein... it just happens sometimes!  And there is nothing quite like the feeling of inspiring someone like that to... new heights, so to speak.

Practice...Practice...Practice & see her on a regular basis so you are more familiar with each other's bodies. I try to put the gentleman at ease and not make the situation the focus of our visit.  I will usually start to give the gentleman a very slow sensual massage to help him relax.
