At the moment there are 2683 users online. I wonder how many of them post on one or more of the national boards or their local board. Either regularly or infrequently. I wonder how many only review and how many are strictly lurkers.

I know that the systems keeps a bunch of statistics about users. Does it provide this kind of information?

Mostly I wonder how representative we posters are of TER users in general.

but most standard message boards will show you:

1. how many times a user logs in since registering 2. how many posts
3. when they were last online
4. their ip and email address

but you can always add custom modification packages if you want other info.

and that many use aliases - the percentage of actual contributing reviewers is probably higher than the number of posters.... but there are lots and lots and lots of lurkers.... member- to look at scores and such.... you do not have to be registered.... you only have to know that the site exists.

I wonder what advice you have for me. I have not been active in two years and I do not have an active website but my old information keep poping up all over the internet. How do I get my reviews deleted without sending threatening mails to TER Mail Bag. I have respect for the Staff. I am tire of looking over my shoulder finding old information leading back to TER. Most of the sites I did not sign up to advertise on.

I have been providing for awhile now, but the type of men I normally attract are very shy about writing a review or don't want to take the time to write one. That is why I don't have hundreds of reviews. As to the percentage, I'm really not sure. I'm not too good in the "statistics" department.

I also think there are quite a few men that like to read the boards but do not participate. Perhaps they don't want to get slammed or have people think they're too involved in the hobby. I've heard a number of reasons.

Well I can tell you, I have been in the hobby for many years, and this is the first itme I have signed up, just to see what I have been missing perhaps. I think it's a combination of wanting to remain incognito, and just plain don't have the time to participate much.
