Besides, I think that TER will figure something out...maybe change to a model with no public access.. or encrypt locations with a key that only works for paid members. They may need to change the name to something obscure. Who knows, but I think they are working to figure out something.
My PM's have just about doubled since before all of this started. Its the only way to share intel on the details of new girls without alerting everyone, which makes it harder to schedule an appointment.
I agree that a password-protected private club is the way to go. The government is only interested in protecting the public interests. They don't really care what we sex-addicts do. TER could grandfather in guys with a dozen or more reviews, and then set up some kind of vetting process for new applicants . . . . perhaps verification that they are legit from two or more established TER providers who advertise here. At HX, they sequester your application until your refs check out. Then you are released and access all parts of the site. Fees might have to go up to cover the additional labor, but for serious hobbyists, I think they would be willing to pay more for the peace of mind that it's nearly impossible for LE to infiltrate the site and get past the vetting process.

From domain to ownership. Any loopholes that may be found to return things to as they were would probably be closed eventually. Best to get this site beyond US jurisdiction entirely to the maximum extent possible. In the meantime, just keep adapting to change as quickly as possible. VPN's have allowed those of us in the know to get around the restrictions to accessing the site, and the ladies are "moving" to various other cities in Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, etc. Adapt and survive.
I think TER should just make a new country/ server somewhere outside of the U.S. and put all the US girls there. A lot of girls tour only and I never really had a home base. just a place holder.
...just not an ISP with a USA origination point. NordVPN at $99 for 3 years will solve that issue for you and give you MUCH better security in all your web browsing. As soon as those of us who want to continue to have a sense of fun and community on TER adopt these practices (ladies, switch over your home base to a non-USA location), we'll be able to move forward into the future.
expressVPN is really good too (been using for torrent for a while)- and their claim on no-logs was tested recently. Their servers were raided by the Turkish govt to track a criminal last year, but they could not get any information at all. Proof of untraceable connections and no logs.
