i'm friggen starving. (Wanna walk down to sub-way) ( no car )
She told me not to, but, i'm so friggen impulsive, i popped 3 of them (the little blue pills ) before our date about 2 hrs ago.
Now i got a frigggen "woodie" that won't go down, and to top it all off, 400 roses later, i'm still horny as fuck....cause i couldn't get a nut. ( viagra side effect )
Horny and hungry...i'm on the 3rd floor...i think i'll jump, :(

Wrong, I am NOT full of shit. 800mg was the largest dose that was considered safe in clinical trials. When my dick stopped working completely, my urologist kept increasing my dosage until the flu-like symptoms were too much for me to take.

800mg and it did NOTHING to create an erection.

Now I use a tri-mix injection, which works like a charm with no flu-like symptoms.

And damned good thing that when you were pounding the viagra your blood pressure didn't spike through the roof and stop your heart, or trigger a stroke, or cause any secondary issues with blood flow to your dick, or fuck with your liver function...or...or.....

I've changed doctors, however my former doctor is one of the finest in my area. Many, many awards, and has a tremendous rep in the TS community as he has been hailed as one of the finest surgeons in the nation for those sorts of surgeries.

However, when none of the oral meds worked out, he wanted to skip injections and go right to an implant. But I had to lose weight before surgery, and during the weight loss period I saw another urologist who put me on the injections.

It made me mad at my former urologist, because I'd much rather do the injections that have him hollow out my dick and cut off one of my balls to accommodate the pump bulb inside my scrotum. About the injections, he said: "I don't want to put you through that"... but the injections are easy as pie, I barely feel them, and they work great.

So... whatever, I guess. But I'm happy now.

Depending on the way I interpret it, you may mean you are transgendered? Or more likely, I think, you mean you needed to have a penile implant? No judgment on my part either way. I’m just not completely clear on what you’re saying.

In either case, none of my comments would be directed at you. My comments are directed squarely at men who, either experience some level of ED and do have a legitimate reason for taking drugs like Viagra---in which case, taking large amounts “should not”---ideally, be something their Dr is advocating; meaning, if your Dr says take one 100mg pill, fer christs sake don’t take 300Mg because you think this is going to, somehow, “be better”.  

But even more so to the guys who have absolutely NO need to take Viagra, but do so because they think having a concrete cock, that won’t deflate, is somehow appealing to anyone but them. And, in choosing to take ED drugs they, unnecessarily, expose themselves to serious side effects----for no_good_ reason.

If what you’re dealing with is to the point that you’re looking at a penile implant---that’s in a whole different ball park than taking Viagra for recreational purposes.  Or taking Viagra for legitimate purposes, but thinking that “more” is better.

Ok, let me clear everything up:

- I am not transgendered; born male, still male
- My former urologist, a surgeon, is highly-decorated
- He does a lot of surgeries for the transgendered
- He does a lot of penile implants
- He recommended we go from pills to implant, without trying injections
- Implant would entail hollowing out my penis to insert inflatable tubes
- Because of the size of my nuts, the pump would have a hard time fitting inside my scrotum
- Doc said not only was he going to hollow out my dick, but would cut off a ball to make room
- While losing a little weight for surgical safety, I found another doc who tried the injections on me
- Injections are waaaay better than the pills for me

I'm still not sure what any of this has to do with the OP.

LM ate 3 viagra. And, I'm guessing, for no good reason. Then he couldn't nut. Then he announced, here, that he could not even leave his room to get something to eat because he had a persistent erection. (duh)

I called him an idiot for taking 3 viagra at one time. (I really can't apologize for that).

I'm not sure what any of that has to do with your penile implant. But---I don't need to know.
