when a provider white list you, can she remove it afterwards - can she remove at any time, even a year after adding it?

Yes & I have done this with flakes!

Guys who have continued to waste my time & other provider friends of mine.  I will not continue to vouch for a client who makes appointments only to cancel at the last minute.
