Having said all that, I often wonder what motivates a woman to become highly skillful in something? I have a few interests like tennis, soccer, guitar, comedy, computing, engineering etc. I belong to many online forums for these hobbies and they are all male dominated. It's full of men trying to one-up another in hopes of increasing their chances of getting sex..
So what motivates a women to get great at these hobbies? Social media is full of attractive females excelling in all these hobbies. All I can do is think how do they do it? What motivates them to get better and better?

I don't know what kind of hobbies that you partake in, but everyone that has hobbies will try to excel and improve their involvement in them. That's the drive. Men aren't "cut out" for it. That's BS. Any talented shooter will tell you that women make very talented marksmen.
Many sports don't require body mass and strength. Even those that do, women can easily compensate with their superior flexibility and stamina. But the fact remains that the top women will be competitive with the top 1000 man in most sports. The women are just not as motivated as men to excel, which results in a smaller pool size which means fewer champions..
