providers who will book a cruise on their own dime, and on speculation that they may be able to find a few potential customers that they can make money with? This seems to me like the biggest part of the fantasy. If she is "going anyway," wouldn't she be on vacation, and why would she want to work at the same time any more than you would?
Usually, when single women go on a cruise, they go with a female friend or at the invitation of a man, because cruise rates are based on double occupancy, so there is a premium to be paid for single occupancy of a cabin. Are you going to occupy a cabin alone so you have a place to take them when and if you find them, or are you going to tie a sock on the doorknob so your roomie (and the other passengers) know you are getting some?
In my opinion, having traveled a lot with providers, your best bet is to invite someone to join you, and YOU pay for everything. You work out the details ahead of time on how many hours and what activities each day is with you, and how many hours she has to relax and enjoy her vacation without you. In my experience, if you build in enough luxury and amenities she will enjoy, like alone time in the spa, charging privileges at the bar and the on-board store, you may not have to pay ANYTHING for her time, which is the kind of arrangement I set up for myself. Teh whole thing feels more like real-life girlfriend, even though it's an arrangement. The BEST part is that, like ALL P4P, it's temporary and NSA.
