The P&R Forum has been converted from an unmoderated forum to a moderated one.

For those of you who may have visited the forum during its unmoderated days, you may have found it to be a cesspool of vulgar and racist insults, ad hominem attacks and sometimes even actual threats of physical violence. Not a very welcoming atmosphere to say the least.

We now converse there in a moderated format, where intelligent and reasonable discussion is welcomed and encouraged.  For those of you willing to give the P&R forum a second chance, we invite you to join us for the topic of your choice!
