Hobbying outside of US (high altitude or sea level) which would you choose

Which would you choose and why with these added constraints ?

1. Lets say the providers look much better at the higher altitude and have better services and cheaper. Safe environment.  

2. The providers at sea level have a range of all types of services/performance but you get a wider selection of women from many countries.  

If your experience was good in either 1 or 2 or both would you consider buying a condo in that country so you could hobby more ?

San Jose, Costa Rica is at 4,000 ft. and the climate is temperate, sunny and low humidity.  The Del Rey has a large selection of hookers and the prices are generally $100/hr. or less.
Jaco, Costa Rica is at sea level right on the Pacific.  It's humid and hot.  The Cocal has an even better selection of high-end hookers but prices are north of $100/hr.
Between the two I'll take Jaco.  But since the two towns are only 90 minutes apart I don't have to choose based on the pussy. I stay in Jaco because I love living on the beach.  Heading there soon.

Now if the choice is where to live - mountains vs beaches, that a whole different question.  I like to visit mountains, but live near the coast.

I would consider the hobby situation in any place I planned to live full time, but wouldn't buy vacation real estate just because the pussy was good there. That is, I don't go on vacations just to score cheap pussy.

I have been in some very high altitudes, Bogota is about 9,000 ft and Quito is closer to 10,000. I've also been on many Caribbean Island Countries, Aruba, The Bahamas, Curacao, the list is a long one, along with Cartagena, Jaco Beach Costa Rica, Panama City, Buenos Aires, Mar De Plata, fuck I don't have the time of the inclination to name them all.  

BTW, what the fuck was your point any how? You have "hundreds" of dollars to invest, Go put your money together with a dozen guys just like you and buy a single section 8 property, that's much more your speed.
