When I was sent okays from providers I had the option of allowing other clients to see my profile or be "anonymous."  Would like to better understand what that means to be "anonymous."

While GaGa is fantasizing about meeting the women that I used to write reviews about, I have been out meeting some more amazing women.  I just checked my P411 and I had about half a dozen requests to okay providers?  What changes are people seeing with P411?  Can you see how many okays were given to a provider?  Who okayed them, etc.?

I do not see provider okays. You must be a provider using a mandel.

PhillFree121 reads

I don't see them either.  However, I have been asked to approve them for providers, similar to how providers are asked to approve them for clients.

I don't have a clue as to what he is talking about either.

Like Mick, I did just get done filling out my "updated profile" that's 30 minutes of my life that I won't be getting back.

...agonize over every answer? It couldn't have taken me more than 10 minutes to complete. Of course, the way branches are getting pruned on this thread, I could be wasting my time posting on it.

I think clients giving OK's might be one of the new changes to P411.

souls_harbor134 reads

So Gina claims.  Another nice new feature will be the ability of clients to send invites to non-p411 providers to view their status.   This is essentially cost free to p411 since clients foot the bill anyhow.

That's a change to p411 that won't happen until next year. How are you getting requests? 🤦‍♂️

PhillFree118 reads

I don't know what to tell you.  I am getting okay requests from ladies.  I get an e-mail asking me to logon to my P411 account because a lady has sent me an okay request.  I get asked to approve or decline the request.  I get asked to either make my handle available to guys who will be able to see provider okays or to keep it anonymous.  I don't know what happens to the okay requests thereafter which is what I am asking.
Dear xxxxx,
The following companion has sent a request for an Okay.
xxxxx
xxxxx
xxxxx
To approve or decline this request, please sign into the P411 website, then click on "Okay Requests" under the Companion Options menu.
If you need more info about this companion please email her directly.
We appreciate your continued support of the P411 website.

Sincerely,
P411 Support

Are you sure it's not a phishing scam?

souls_harbor134 reads

Consider this paranoid scenario. Someone hacks a provider p411 account. Now they have access to every client email. P-numbers are readily available publicly. So now they can send p411 phishing emails direct and include valid provider ids.  Be careful.

While that could be possible, I just think Phil is full of 💩

Did you see his other post in this thread that ssys he doesn't see them but he is asked to approve them?  Huh?

Looks like you just fed Gaga a shit sandwich.    Hilarious.

I knew that Gaga was clueless.  It has been a while since I have seen someone this clueless.  Blah, blah, wonk, wonk, wonk.

It's a feature we're working on, and are nowhere near ready to launch. A portion of it was launched by mistake, and has now been reversed. Sorry about that.

When logged into a provider account on P411, a person can only view the profile (and email address) of a client who has given her his client id and access to view his profile. It's not as if providers can log in and browse random client profiles.

Always,
Gina

But that would include all her requests and given okays, would it not.

Yes, it would include contacts (Okays, Requests, PMs) she hadn't deleted.

In the upcoming updates a provider will only be able to view a client's P411 profile  if he has opened it up to her, which would be done a timed basis. So if you want ProviderX to view your profile you would need to invite her to do so, and access will lock after a specific period of time (ie: one week).

This way if an account is compromised the client profile information is not available, unless the client happens to have an open invite to her.

I would hope that clients are not able to view my profile if I give a provider an okay. Which way will that work?

Sometimes the actual person in fucking charge comes out and tells you what the hell is going on.
Unlike this crappy site.

Even if you sometimes don't like the answer, you get a fucking answer from Gina. Not only does TER rarely if ever give any kind of answer/explanation for the things they do, leaving it to the membership to speculate what is actually going on, but this site has more unwritten rules than written ones, leading to even more confusion around here.

The New P411 is starting to come into better focus.

I have another question: Will we still be able to browse providers? And if not, what can we do to get in touch with them on the site after the changes are in place.

Gina, thank you in advance.

souls_harbor134 reads

My reading is that you will not be able to search by location. However if you know providers P number you can see her profile. All discovery other than direct P number look up will be off site.

I believe a search by providers email address will also be included in order to find their profile.
