I believe in order to link your pics they have to be hosted online somewhere already. Like your website, or flikr, or yahoo briefcase or something like that. Then you just link the url into the box below (labled "picture URL") the message portion of the post when you are typing it out.
I presumes, however, that you know the prospective client's board name, and some clients do not like to let that out as they prefer anomynity from the point of view of being able to write a review without wondering if the client will associate their civie name with their board name.
