Personally, I don't get the shaving thing at all.  Trimming, yeah, that's cool.  When did this shaving fad start?  Guess I'm just an old dog that can't be taught any new tricks.

I've been hobbying since last summer, and seen some great ladies.  All had shaved kittys (some with and some without landing strips), which I understand: makes the play more fun.  

But, in all but a few cases, the shaving of their labia was a week old or more, i.e., there was quite a bit of stubble.  For me, that's a turn-off.  It was incredibly sensuous to daty with those few ladies where that area was completely smooth and clean.

So, my question: Is daily shaving of that area really, really sensitive for you ladies?  If, so, did I just luck into those few ladies on the day that they'd shaved?  

Just wondering, as it's all new to me.

It isn't anywhere near as bad as smelling like sweat and pee though. In fact the two can't even compare.

Yes, daily shaving can make the area sensitive, but the number one thing to remember is to shave WITH the grain & mot against. I'm one who shaves on a daily basis, & have found using this shaving method cuts down on the sensitivity, etc.

Holy shit.  A week doesn't produce stubble.  That's enough time for a full beard.

You can't wax everyday and to get waxed again you have to wait for it to grow out a bit otherwise it doesn't work. If you like the landing strip and the bald kitty- you're going to have to expect to see a few unmowed lawns before gardening day. Women who are bald or nearly bald don't usually shave. Shaving the kitty everyday is a no no also.

Maybe I missed the memo, but why is shaving everyday a no-no?? I've been doing it since I was 16, well over 10 years with no adverse side-effects, lol.

I keep myself shaved as much as possible. I know girls that can shave there everyday, but I can't. Over the years I have found that if I shave there more than every 6 to 7 days, I get razor burn really bad. I wish I could more sometimes. As for my lega and such I shave every other day if not everyday.

A couple years ago, before I was a provider, I bought this self waxing kit and decided to do it at home on my own.  So I heated the wax and poured it on my bikini area, placed the strip ontop, and ripped so hard/fast that I accidentally punched myself in the eye.  HARD!

I get waxed once per month.  It takes 2 weeks before regrowth appears and that is fine and soft.  It takes till about week 4 before it's too long and it has to be long enough for the wax to grab it or they won't do it.  
Waxing virtually eliminates ingrown hairs as well.  It is painful, no doubt, but you would be surprised what you can get used to.
I use the lamaze methods of focusing and breathing to eliminate the pain mentally.  The esthetician needs to be experienced with doing brazilian waxing as well.  The experienced ones know how to get it done fast and with less pain.  

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.  Laser hair removal is the way to go.  I'm half way through the six treatments, and there's barely anything growing down there anymore.  I got the "full male Brazilian", so I'm totally hairless from front to back.  Ladies are far more likely to lick and suck hairless balls and cracks.  The ladies love it, and it feels super clean, too.

I agree! I don't wax at all....a little trimming here and there, but that's as far as I go. I don't know when it started by it's safe to assume is was after the 70's when it was bush friendly for sure!

my pretty little hands are quite versatile

was just working on my car the other day
using 180 grit, 400 grit, 2000 grit, 3000 grit sand paper.
taking out dings, scratches, etc... repainting and coating.

then my pretty little hands worked on taking out drywall holes and patched them up to. then used sander to smooth it down.  now the walls look new.

my pretty little hands then took apart the laptop down to its bare boards to fix an overheating problem, repasted the thermal paste, and now everything is tip top once again.
