Any thoughts on what to do when the lady asks that you please not post a review for a variety of valid reasons. However, the lady is not the lady in her ad, much older and different body type altogether and the performance was a 3 or 4 at best. I would like to respect her wishes but I also would like to let others know that I took one for the team and that this lady should be avoided.

would take one for the team as You call it...I read threads of guys complaining that the lady was Not the lady in the AD...so why Not just leave...You shouldn't have to give a single rose if You are being deceived...it doesn't make sense to me...I would simply just state to her...what the AD read and what I see before me...she can Not be offended...because it's true...right...and she knows it...as far as writing a review...would You have felt better if You had read one on her??

that the lady is a problem?

This information is important to both hobbyists, who are making choices about how to spend their time and money, and to providers as well, who lose business to robs, cheats and B&Sers....

The "valid reasons" would have to be extremely compelling too offset this....  and they might just be BS to keep you from writing a review so that she can continue to perpetrate her little scam...

I would *definitely not* honor her request if she advertises on TER, has a TER logo on her website, claims to have reviews - ie if the review system is in any way a part of her marketing...

Why did you take one for the team and then you do not let the team know what happened???

work hard to conduct our business professionally.

I'm sure she handed you a real sob story, but it's just no excuse.  And again, I can't understand why you stayed.

It is obvious why she does not want to be reviewed. She wants to continue her deception.
At the very least you should post about her on your regional board.

scam going.  Doesn't seem like she kept up with your wishes about being honest in her pics, or even trying to make a good time out of it. Why should you feel bad not keeping with her wishes of not exposing her for the con artist she is!
Write the review!

The guys here pay for accurate info.

reward unethical behavior all you want. Nobody here will mind.LOL

Even a single review would have set off alarm bells!
Does she have your personal information?  If so write a draft somewhere secure (your private e-mail or TER Private Mail)  Use it for referance for the review.  Post the review in a couple of weeks...  so she'll hopefully not be sure who wrote it.

as a bait and switch.  You say yourself she was not even the lady in the add.  Why protect this con-artist.  Write the review or realize you are doing a great disservice to this community. She showed you no respect with her dishonesty. Man up!
Doc

If your experience with her had been an excellent one, and she asked you not to review it, then the gentlemanly thing to do would be to respect her wishes. Some women aren't comfortable with reviews, and that is their right, if the service she provides lives up to expectations.

She didn't ask you to refrain from reviewing because of privacy concerns. She asked because she doesn't want other guys getting a heads up that services aren't as expected, and her pics aren't accurate. She is, in short, a fraud. There is absolutely no obligation on your part to respect her request.

Write up an honest and objective review. If her business suffers because of it, the responsility is on her to change.

seems pretty obvious what is her motivation for asking you not to review

post the review - unless she has your personal info and would or could go nuclear

or is that the "valid reason"?  I noticed you are using an alias - are you being blackmailed?

.........is when she asks prior to the appointment as a condition of the appointment.

The only reasons I can think of is your or her safety. I had one lady request that I not review her, though she and the time together were great. I honored her request. A fed days later another guy wrote a review on her, and he paid the price by having her SO go after him. I haven't seen her listed since. Boy was I glad I honored her request. But, in my mind, that's an exception, not the rule.

I am just going to iterate things ALREADY said to you here, as even having heard some of it more than once, you are STILL waffling!

NOT reviewing her is unfair to the other providers:  She is stealing money from ladies who work hard on maintaining their health and beauty, advertise with honest pictures and menus, and put every effort into providing wonderful experiences for their clients!

NOT reviewing her is unfair to your fellow hobbyists:  She will at the very least be wasting the valuable time of smart hobbyists, who even if they walk on her immediately, STILL have spent time making arrangements with her, traveling to where she is, and then having to deal with the awkwardness of informing this woman this isn't going to happen because of her deception.  Less savvy hobbyists may actually lose money here and have a terrible time like you!

Dude, how far would she need to go for you to want to look out for everyone else in this game?  Let's say you walk in the door and first move she hits you over the head.  You wake up nekid on her bed, she is drawing blood from you to sell, and then she makes you unconscious again with a couple of good stomps to the bean bag.  You wake back up just as you're being dropped out of a slow moving van still hog tied many miles in some random direction and she says: "please respect my wishes and don't write a review about any of this because it could affect my business."

Dude, if you DON'T write a review, you DIDN'T take one for the team.  You would be just letting your team down.

Would you have spent your hard earned money on this girl had someone before you posted the review you are thinking of writing?? Had you known those facts I doubt you would have ever met her and you could have met a GOOD girl. You MUST write the review, or this site serves no purpose.

As a TER member, you have an obligation to write a review here.  She pulled a fast one on you with her ad, and her performance was poor.  Let the rest of us know, please!

If I see a lady who has no TER reviews and does not want any I always respect her wishes regardless of how good or bad the appointment was.  In your case however it sounds like you were deceived by a lady that already has a review history on TER.  I would write the review.
