How many fake reviews?

How many fake reviews does everyone believe are on this site, is it like 10%, 30%, half off them? I heard someone saying that at least half of the reviews on all review sites/boards are complete BS.. is that truth?

So why bother? The important thing is to be able to figure out -- if possible -- when an individual review is fake. There's a thread on that elsewhere.

but for what it's worth, I have found, over the years, about 20 gals through TER using reviews as my main factor in selecting them, and never had any regrets about my choices.

So, there's that.

I'd guess that since it is easiest to fake a review by essentially copying other reviews for the same provider, that the effect of fake review is neutral.

Idk because I reported a week ago that my last review was fake. I reached out to the reviewer here on TER 3 times with no response. I contacted TER several times to let them know I never had a meeting with this reviewer & the review is still up. Why contact TER to let them know the review is fake if it’s still up after a week?

I thought I was doing the right thing by notifying TER & now I feel, like no one cares. Why? I even posted a thread about the reviewer last week on the general board about the fake review. Wtf. Makes me reevaluate. Mind boggling. How can us providers verify our reviews, so fake reviewers do not pollute the TER boards if no one cares when we attempt to help?

Same situation… I posted a fake review then was found it unfavorable to my #1 provider so I contacted support to remove the post.   Now I just found out I am banned from posting any reviews 😤
It funny because I tried posting a review from a session a couple months  ago which was a legit session / review and it was denied.
The screeners here on TER really suck IMO.  I may just need to create a new account…

If you posted a fake review you should be banned. Anyone who posts a fake review should be banned. The ladies deserve better, and so do the gents who rely on the site. This is exactly why I’m in favor of stopping the free VIP for reviews - it takes away the biggest incentive for fake reviews.

Are a greater issue than the few fakes to supposedly get VIP.
It's my understanding that a kagency was recently banned for threatening clients who posted negative reviews.
There are other sites that are inundated by shill reviews.

Then there's the fan boys who give up their handle during screening and write reviews with inflated scores.  Imagine a provider who's been around 20 years and soon after implementing her own special screening process her average review score increase 1-2 point.

Reviews that claim services outside the provider's profile are worth investigating.  Otherwise let the preponderance of evidence and reviewer's history speak.

Your ban was well-deserved. Your complaints and whining are falling on deaf ears. You'll get no sympathy here.

I was notified about an update on a favorite's profile - usually indicative of a new review. I looked and read the new review and I thought "gee, that sounds familiar". I came to realize that it was an almost word-for-word copy of MY review of her. The plagiarism was blatantly obvious. I reported the review and it was taken down. As far as I'm concerned that guy should have been banned on the spot, but who knows what happened.

I do not get why someone would write a fake or dishonest review. I also don't get how a provider can spot a fake review if the review is under an alias. I do think however this site would benefit from a "Scammer/Fraud " section for providers or a section where it asks if a provider asks for Deposits.

First, as subjective as both looks and performance is I think it often a case of people disagreeing with a review so they call them fake. But even in the case of truly fake reviews, i.e., claimed event never occurred, unless they are so many that the average scores as significantly moved it simply doesn't seem to have a meaningful effect.

Better to work on figuring out how to use the collection of reviews that do exist to you best advantage than worrying about if some or a lot are fakes. As I and many here have said in the past, people need to vet the reviewer as much as they need to vet the provider using reviews. That doesn't change even if all reviews were true.

How many different ways can you say she looked good,  sucked good and fucked good? Oh, and in the kgirl world "she looks like she's in her 20s, we started with the blue toast, hopped in the shower where she began a bbbj..."

catch-phrases that seem to appear in almost every review, especially those of Kgirls, but when I see one of my reviews posted on another site word for word, what are the odds of that actually happening coincidentally?  I would say billions to one.  Lol

In my case when TER went dark went to the primate site and tried to use my handle from here but it was taken. Turned out it was really taken as bad 14  reviews and twelve were like you said word for word of the same providers.
Sent poster an email asking which of those he had actually seen and responded with “all of them”
Then said that was interesting as ten of the twelve were word for word from here so which did he see?
Nothing but crickets. Felt it was the site itself up to no good.

Now I do agree many kgirl reviews read very generically and another reason why these reviews suck. Half of them you could replace the girls names and you wouldn't even be able to tell you're talking about a different girl.

I disagree about sucking good and fucking good. To some it maybe the same but there's a big difference, at least to me, when I face fuck a provider and she takes it all nose to pubes versus when provider only takes the tip in. Those services aren't in the same stratosphere of bbbj

Same for fucking. A girl who could ride for 10 minutes without any breakin a good rhythm is hard to find.

All that matters is if the info is correct.

Ive been on this site for over 22 years. When i use the reviews as my guide, i tend to have pretty good to exceptionally great experiences. When i dont use the reviews its a crap shoot.

I dont really think there is any problem with fake reviews, at least not in my experience.

Problem with this is that a provider could easily just claim that less than stellar reviews are bogus and have them pulled. Shouldnt work like that.

You are an awesome provider. I can personally attest to that. Maybe one of the best really.  But in this case im glad the mods are doing their jobs and not letting you pull the review.

(To CDL, JL, OR, and others with similar experiences.)
.
TER owns the copyrights to reviews submitted here. In theory, TER could send DMCA Takedown Notices to sites posting material copied from TER. If websites ignore the requests, their ISPs can de-platform them.
.
So the question is, Is TER interested in sending out DMCA Takedown Notices when such copyright violations are reported to them?
.
(I'm guessing, No, it isn't.)

Well some of the ways we can tell is when they say something we don't do, or say she came over when they only do incall, or we went up stairs when there aren't stairs, or not being in town when they say they saw you. Lots of ways to know it's a fake. And a lot of them are good reviews. So I think especially when a provider says it's fake and it's good, she should be believed.

Why would someone write a fake review?
1) To get free VIP days.
2) To promote a girl they know. Or a girl gets friends to do it.
3) To get some10/10s so she moves up the Top Ten list.
There are others....

Idk why the fake review is still up after over a week & I reached out to two other providers who confirmed their reviews by the 44HungarianLuv are fake too. It was well written, but fake, so why is it allowed? The system is no bueno if it stays.

Please share your foolproof method of KNOWING the TER handle of every one of your clients. Inquiring minds want to know. I mean it must not be a closely guarded secret since the other two providers claiming fake reviews also have this important information.

Did you really provide TER with detailed contact information and deposit transactions for the last 3 months to PROVE you didn't receive one form 44Hung...?

We never met, so how could I provide anything? It’s his review, so shouldn’t he prove he sent a deposit? I did not write the fake review. I called bullshit.

I've had that happen too. I know of two TER users who copy and pasted two different reviews I've ve written almost verbatim. It definitely dilute the quality of reviews and the very reason we're all here.

To get some inside information on a potential provider, to make the best informed decision based on that review. I definitely base my final decision off of a review (usually 9/10). Appearance is pretty much the only other factor (next to price of course).

I agree. if you write a fake review you should definitely be banned from writing any further reviews with no recourse.

stolen reviews that were posted on TER first, and none of them ever got removed from the other sites, but many of the guys that do this don't use the same handle they use on TER, so TER is at a loss to even know the names of the TER members that are stealing TER-owned content and posting it elsewhere.

With that said, I don't see why TER can't send a take-down notice to the other sites, and I don't know if they do that or not., but like said, none of the ones I reported came down.

That’s a good suggestion, a scammer/fraud section would be good. A bbbj/bb section would be great as well. It would separate the the bb providers from the non bb providers, which I’m sure all of us would love!

If TER doesn’t add a section like that I could make that an entire website. A list would be the only thing on site, you’d either be on one side or the other haha

Others:

4. Girls/guys write fake reviews to discredit their competition

5. Gain brownie points or favors from other providers

6. To grow a fake only presence that they can use to influence others

And there are still more..

Agreed, because why would a provider say a 8 or 10/10 review is fake when it would only do good things for her business. Unless the review is fake and she doesn’t want to be associated with whatever bogus things that account is going to try next.

Bogus account = bozo clown
For the rekord

Well yea it’s pointless to try to guess. BUT.. if providers put the fake reviewers in a database somewhere things would begin to reveal themselves.

Example of things that could be revealed:
1. Why they were writing fake reviews
2. Who wrote the fake review or at least who they are associated with
3. Time correlation; I’m sure some of these people who write fake reviews wrote them all in the same day and then say they saw the providers in the past(within two months per TER guidelines, admin correct me if I’m wrong)

& The only reason I say it matters is because some of the people who write multiple fake reviews then go and tout there “credibility”, making new comers follow the leader which introduces them into a toxic hateful culture instead of normal t culture

Which ultimately ruins not only themselves but other people and them for other people.

A database of fake reviews and fake reviewers would verify fake reviews and put a lot of things into prospective, if any providers see this “like this post” to show support, because even if you don’t understand how this would actually keep a lot of you a lot safer than you are today. Currently the only databases are the current blacklists which are good but this would be better

Everyone is comment and talking about this guy getting banned, yea a fake reviewer should be banned but that is the question at hand
