It was used in a short escort movie along with the terms "dice shake" and "lollipop".

Can be a skit or routine intended to impress you or make you laugh.

Or, it can be how someone is dressed, but similar intended outcome.

It's considered a use of misdirection, misrepresentation and deflection designed to lead a jury away from the truth and on to a concocted alternative scenario.  In other words, a good defense attorney trying to get his guilty client off.  Lol

According to the UD, it is a practice where a man comes on a woman's face, or other body part, then tosses a bunch of glitter on it.   Pretty weird.

lollipopping has a few different sexual connotations such as sucking on a a penis while making a loud pop noise each time you pull your lips off of it, or it also means to stick a finger up a man's ass while masturbating him.

No definition in the UD for dice shake, however.    I was guessing it had to do with jiggling a guy's nuts, but whatever.

I interpret "dick shaker" to be a HJ and a "lollipop" to be oral. After reading UD's meaning of "Razzle dazzle", it may be COF. Interesting that no one seems to know.

Are you getting that directly from the musical "Chicago"?

I'm gonna razzle dazzle the next girl I see. "Why do you have glitter in your pocket?"

is at the same time an oversimplification and exaggeration of how lawyers use it.  (Sorry, I had to look up what how they portrayed it.?
