Thanks, more power to you sincerely for getting on here and adding your input! You remind me of my old acquaintance and frequent poster MatureGFE (who’s hopefully enjoying life somewhere ).
It’s a shame that the female posters have been driven off by such stupidity. I recall some of the best convos on here were with five or so extremely active and activist provider posters when I left, many of which we took offline to PM and then email and in one special case OTC phone calls. This goes to Nicky’s comment about the heyday and what we’ve lost here. I suppose the Internet makes it easier to name call people and be less polite, plus pent-up misogyny, fetishes, and such. There’s no reason to rub your noses in what you choose to do to make ends meet. And anyone who thinks I’m WKing can click “see my posts” going back to 2012. I generally only call out the “work” when a lady is being uppity about the service she was providing, which happened in the heyday too. That said, the “work” is what it is and so we have to call it something. “Provide” is a good euphemism which gives a small degree of legal cover. Btw, I have no problem saying that I’m a horny John (see my handle, my P411 handle, etc.) who thinks I’m better than most lol (a Don Juan of John’s
). Plus I’m fairly well trained (my wife is a former PS).

I’ll tell you what I remember about the halcyon/heyday days as I recall them. People always did their thing but some real relationships were formed. I had several people from here take deep convos offline into PM here and then into my personal “Johns” email. I had a few regular acquaintances, guys and gals, some of whom I met IRL at mixers. (Not least among all this I met my wife, a former well known PS, during this heyday and we’ve lasted) It’s gone the way of the heyday of Wall Street. Sigh.
