about moving to another country and keeping in touch via a local board? I don't think the courts are going to interpret someone reading fantasy reviews as promoting prostitution. Just refrain from commenting on the ISO board.
There are other things TER still allow which I am scratching my head about. Having US City Boards is not in itself illegal right? Especially when they combine that with US blocking. Are expats not allowed to discuss things in the US anymore now? As long as the content is moderated sufficiently to meet the standard of the new law... . I can't predict what will happen but it seems TER is making changes to stay around. I am very curious what they have in store for US reviews.
