Jut to go on record, I have been a member for a long time. I pay annually. I know people are upset but I have gotten fun, friendship with many thoughtful and intelligent people, contacts with great ladies, and access to great discussions. I will continue to renew my membership as long as TER remains in business. It is a great value and I will be patient. I hope until the storm settles and sanity returns, more people will drift back and perhaps TER can allow fully open discussion sections in the USA while still protecting itself by limiting other content's visibility in America. (like Playboy with no pictures in Editions sold in the Vatican.)
I don't pay, but I do contribute reviews and posts on regional board. Hoping TER comes back to life. I think anyone who has been out in the jungles of Switter will very much appreciate what TER provides. I do take my TER legacy with me to Switter...as a Plan B.

...in continuing my membership. I initially paid for 90 days when I started in 2011, then contributed by writing reviews, although that has tapered off in the last year, even before the recent changes. I fully expect to renew for another year when the time comes to do so.

I too have been a member for years and appreciated "my favorites", the credibility that came along with reviews of the girls, the discussion boards etc...
I just now figured out the vpn deal so that I could log on for the first time since the change...

As it appears almost all of the reviews and even profiles of providers are now down, removed, what do you most savvy members see as the most valuable benefits to VIP membership. Several providers asked why i referred to my TER reviews or whitelist when they pointed out that is not working anymore. What's the best info to be had in this new paradigm w/less info where ever I look?

Access to other reviews (indexing and linkage) is turned off, but TER has not yet burned their treasure trove, and leaves these glimpses into it as proof. My bet is that profiles are similarly only inaccessible, not deleted.
Also still here with my reviews & full profile available... after my recent and sudden move to Toronto, which is of course my new home town. 
However, please note that I tour quite extensively, so much so that I’m in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area down in the states almost indefinitely.. ;-p. (Almost indefinitely = redundant oxymoron or just... double negative? Yikes bikes...)

Which is a shame if they are still round. I've seen where ladies don't think it really matters not that TER is in this crippled state. What they fail to realize, or just don't care about, it by doing this, gentleman like yourself now have no review history. And that sux for both you and the ladies trying to verify you by checking out your reviews and who you've seen. Not as the only way to verify you, but as one way to check you out.

The general consensus amongst providers is that reviews are bad and many are glad that review boards are down. Clients, on the other hand, lost a valuable booking tool.
And a lot I know have expressed that they just don't see the point now that TER shut down US access.
Some of those you speak of were ones delisted before this happened. Others had been seriously considered delisting and feel TER made the decision for them. Maybe you can reach out to a few ladies you reviewed about how they can get their reviews back and how much it would help you out. Even now, ladies and gents are out there not knowing they can even access the site.

There is a gang of providers who dominated discussion on SWitter against reviews. That's not a very general consensus.

There is a regional (western US) board, PrivateDelights.ch, for reviews and ads, growing nicely.

I'm convinced that the providers who hate and fear reviews are almost exactly the ones who cannot or will not earn good ones. Of course they hate and fear reviews!

Good providers, on the other hand, largely get good reviews and profit by them, so no hate and fear there!
And I don't know if I will be back again as it looks dead. Who knows.

Yes I lost just over 200lb. At my heaviest I weighed 420 pound now 213 as of yesterday.

In order to get under 200 lbs. all you need to is remove all that extra skin! Your wife will thank me! And you can donate all that extra skin to science and create a spare MP-67. The original is showing signs of wear.
And the doctor is pleased with my weight given my bone mass, and muscle mass. I always moved and worked out even when in my 400s. I just ate everything including stuff that is pure poison like whole loaves of white bread and in quantities that could feed a family of six or seven. So anyway I always had an above average amount of muscle. You would just never know it because of the whole persons worth of fat I packed around. So it is to late to donate to the make a new MP-67 project. Besides Wouldn't said project need 6 or 7 livers with all the drinking expected of it? I don't have a spare liver after all.
the fact is that MP67 is alive (barely) with his original liver, so a single new liver would probably do.
A similar experience. He went from 370 to 190. He said one of the biggest thrills was to be able to look down and see his own dick without a mirror. Lol Congrats on a great accomplishment.
"It's less convenient?" It's one extra mouse click to connect to the VPN!! If your life is so structured you consider that an inconvenience that rises to the level of making it a hassle to be here, you need to do something to free yourself.

Once you have installed your VPN, and the fact you are here proves you have already done so, but once it's installed you just you it like any other browser and you don't have to pretend anything at all, except perhaps to pretend that you aren't really a humorless ex fat fuck. lol
Yes, the place is MUCH slower than it once was, but hey at least you can get a seat now, and like Steph said, it's not going to get busier unless people like you start coming back and contributing.
Nope, it's one or two extra clicks to get TER.
Reason: many other sites reject me if coming from the proxy sites, so I have to turn it off between-times.
But that's not keeping me away!
When I want to view TER I use the one with a VPN, the rest of the time I use a browser without said VPN. Not even one extra click for me.
After getting VPN. Password-protected sites that I use in my business won't let me in from the VPN, so I have to close the VPN after visiting TER, and then one click to get back on later.
I have no plans to do so on any other device so unless I change my mind on that I have to be home in my basement to be hear unlike the old days I just logged in when ever I had a spare second. So it is much less convenient now for me anyway.
But quickly learned that if I forget to turn VPN off after I leave TER it will suck the battery life down pretty fast.
Too many people say it's dead and then make an exit. Stay and contribute.

TER does both survive and will I am sure find a way to be again a powerful entity in future of this business.
As an example it is now post change, and yet I have even gotten a recent review. TER still works, TER still valuable, and I will pay my VIP until I see reason to not do so.
Like others say, stay, contribute, refer people and even show a few how to use a VPN and things will be different.

I don't think TER is dead. I am not sad as long as TER is online and the long timers still around. People I can learn from are still here. It feels more close knit now and good to see people who still stick with it. TER still entertains me.

Yes!! I have been notifying past clients of the changes and keeping them in the loop. I plan on doing a newsletter to even those I haven’t seen in some time to help get everyone back on board (or THE Board).
I still have basic membership, but no longer can read reviews, nor use the PM system. Thus, after fourteen years of VIP, we have reached the end. Maybe I should start writing reviews again...they won't allow me to pay to renew.
I think you need to use the gift card option now, unless you have an account outside the US. They won't allow any credit or debit cards with billing address/accounts in the US.
and I'm not kidding. I was heading into depression and despair, figuring I would never actually figure out how to get what I wanted most in life, which was simply some sexual variety with some lovely women. Then I discovered TER and everything in my life changed for the better. That was 2002. I will maintain my membership and support workers and clients rights to freedom any way I can.
I'm more than willing to give TER time to decide how they want to proceed and figure out a way to recover from this setback.

I've been moderated for years and I still post. Please stop whining, Maddie.
To get unmoderated is to post something daily for a few months so TER can see over a reasonable volume of posts that you can play reasonably nice and keep your posts within TER's guidelines. They just want to see you don't really need adult supervision ALL the time, and they can't get a feel for consistency from a small sample of erratic or occasional posts. I'm not speaking from any authority from TER, but from conclusions I have arrived at from being on and off moderation a few times during the period of my 10,000+ posts. When put back on moderation, this is what I did each time to get my unmoderated status back. Takes about 60 days and you need a reasonable volume of posts in that time period.
thank you, that is pretty much what support said. I obviously had to many posts reported for making minor mistakes like linking my website. All of that was pre-Fosta/Sesta. Maybe some people got a few days VIP out of nit-picking. So I will now make daily posts to show I can play by the rules.

Huh, I was moderated up until the whole FOSTA thing hit. For a day or two, posts were taking hours to clear and suddenly, in an instant, they were active. Guess it was just me that finally earned this privilege.
Yeah, being moderated dis inhibit my posting because the lag time in an active thread made comments less timely and out of sync of the active discussion.
Somewhat of a mute point now with the lack of variety and far fewer contributors.

What remains isn't enough to elicit further payment from me. Can't see reviews, can't screen, can't see ads... what's the point of this site now? Except seeing how much fun people in other, freer nations are having?
Been here since2007! Enjoy the boards but not sure I will continue paying when review OT runs out! Amazing how much more productive I’ve been since TER went offline in America- literally six figures of new sales comissions! Perhaps I was spending too much time trolling TER discussions and reviews?
Luckily I have had a lot of great experiences with sexy ladies that I would never have considered risking meeting without being able to do basic reconnaissance on here.
Many are still around and I was able to keep in touch and/ or get their #'s and emails from my "favorites" notes before that winked out. And a few are still pming with me on here, so hobbying is continuing.
But it feels a bit like that movie, Children of Men. No more new ones on my radar ( except friends of my friends). The fountain of safer hobbying opportunities has stopped running, as it were...
I remain here as long as I am able to still partake in referrals/ backchannel intros...I suspect that TER may dry up altogether by the time any legal challenges or changes happen, but hopefully I will still be able to review my own stuff and participate.

I’m working on networking behind the scenes and educating others as much as possible. I’m also taking this time to recreate my website and do (much needed!) new pictures. In the meantime, hopefully new avenues open up. We can always provide screenshots of current reviews to the fellas that can’t see them in the interim. Thanks to everyone who’s staying active here!
