Re: using lube often with prolonged condom use is very important but now

True, but over half the U.S. population has HPV.
It is likely his wife already does anyway.

That said, 40 minutes and the same condom is not smart.

Use lube, the proper lube as in water based, and change the condoms after you have beat the hell out of it for as long as you did.

I tent to change condoms after about 20 or 30 minutes anyway.

So...Went to saw this provider today. Great girl, great service, great time.

At the end I finished in mish, pull out and only to find half the condom on my dick. The other half inside her.

All right. Damn it, Shit, WTF.  We have no idea when the condom broke. I was pounding her for about forty minutes by the time I finished. The condom was trojan Ultra thin. (Never saw a provider with this type of condom.)

As she wash herself in the bathtub, I offered to pay her extra to buy her plan B pill, and told her to save my number in case anything happens.

I thought the situation was unsettling but somewhat funny. After all she was awesome and a greet provider. Right now my only fear are STD and her pregnant.

Any thoughts? Anyone have the same experience?

Get tested. Risk for STD is probably small but better safe than sorry.

You really are a  gentleman.  This situation has occured with me and while I wasnt yelled at or anything I  felt like I was the one being blamed for that happening.  Most definitely not on the receiving end of such graciousness.  I always feel people should get their kudos and you deserve them for sure.  Hope everything is a ok.

If she's a conscientious provider, and always uses condoms (even in her private life), gets tested regularly, then the risk is rather small to you.  For HER, the risk is higher, as she doesn't know what you do and where you've.  And of course, the risk of pregnancy.  But I agree with how you handled it.  That's really the best way.

You really are a piece of work.

The guy gives every indication of being a careful and honorable guy, but you only give the unknown provider the BOD, and people wonder why we "pick on" white knights.

How about if someone had posted that "as long as he is a connscientous hobbyist and always uses condoms,(even in his private life) the risk to HER is low"

You don't know anything more about her or her practices than you do about him, yet you leap to her defense and leave us to wonder about him. what a fucking crock.

I don't know....1 out of 6 people having some shit you can't cure seems high to me.
I guess it's all in the perception.

The only thing "very low" is the number of providers or clients who get tested regularly.

its actually MORE risky for her.
We see many ppl each month and even w/out a mishap we are at higher risk for the oppertunity. Not to mention women are more likely to catch something a guy has than visa versa. All that soft tissue. Plus doing BBBJs theres even more risk.

Its all a game of russian roulette thats one reason it pays so well...the risk factor.
One thing could go wrong and you are out of business, never mind out of luck.
Testing often is so needed yet no guarantee. The test is only accurate at the time you test, soon as we go *back to work* its already no longer valid. Risk... Yes even though you are taking chances...Test and test often.

I am in the business of infectious disease, or was rather, only marginally now these days.

Bacteria and some fungal is easy to cath if the numbers are high in the partner.

Things that are not able to be treated, ie, HIV, Hep C are not, repeat...NOT easy to catch.
There very often needs to be the perfect alignment of factors for the transmission to occur.
She would need a high viral load and you would generally need to provide an easy transmission via HSV 2 or a bad infection of bacteria in your urethra.

First of all the facts are that SW's, on average in the U.S., infected with HIV will be about 1/1,000.
The odds you caught that or extremely low. Your odds of getting killed in an auto accident today are remarkably higher.

Now, the chances you got a bacterial infection are fairly high if she too had one.
But, you would have about a 50/50 chance of knowing she had one.
Besides she probably would have told you.

Truth is, she is likely to be far more concerned about whether you gave something to her, just as you are.
And I would say that is the case based on her rushing to the shower/bath.

Just the same, you should wait 6 to 8 weeks and go get tested. Everyone should get tested often either way.

Best to you.

Quoting the CDC

"How common is genital herpes?
Results of a nationally representative study show that genital herpes infection is common in the United States. Nationwide, 16.2%, or about one out of six, people 14 to 49 years of age have genital HSV-2 infection. Over the past decade, the percentage of Americans with genital herpes infection in the U.S. has remained stable."*

and you should get tested before indulging again.

friction can tear the thickest condom.

Get tested now and then go back again in a month. If you are married HPV would and could cause problems later for your wife. She has been tested over the years with regular checkups so coming up positive the next time around will hit you right below the belt.  HPV is a big marker for her chances to develop female cancers. Sorry HPV doesn't come from a toilet seat or shaking hands. It's a silent killer for many women

Sorry you will need to live this stress for awhile

Well, not really!

Good reason to bring your own unwrapped condoms. There have been many stories here where the lady forgot to bring them, ran out, etc., or guys were too big for the condoms she had. So, if you really want to ride long and hard, best to do it safely. Even if you add more lube with an ultra-thin, you probably will not get any more sensation than using a regular condom.
