I want to try a new local provider on CL.  How can I tell if she if is LE?  She wants me to register with an online service that she says keeps her safe.  Any suggestions?

unless it is date-check, p411, or rs2k which are legitimate verification services.

some folks have you register your credit card info and then you get scammed / spammed by porn sites.

Some of them also make you "join" some type of adult site or network which is also a scam. They are just trolling for sales. Tex is right about the legit ones.

Are you nuts?  To see a lady from CL.  And the CL cooperating with LE

out of All the choices you have here of well reviewed Ladies...do you mean to tell me you can Not find one, who hits that sweet spot for you?
Til you have played here a while and have a few experiences under your belt, its best to stick with a sure thing and no worries.

If shes all she advertises in no time at all she'll have reviews and then you can indulge with less worries.
I know there are plenty of interesting and tempting Ladies here with pages of reviews.

if you are interested post a 411 with link on your regional and see if anybody else knows anything about her.  I did this on a lady in chicago CL.  At the time she had no reviews now she has 8.  I guess more people took notice when i posted her picture with ? on TER,  but now she has reviews and i would feel safe making a appt with her, althought i now wont though i still find her beutiful i have found from reading her reviews she is not her type. NO REVIEWS = NO APPT. is usully safest.

I'm not new to the hobby but I am new to TER.  All of my reviews are on aspd which has been down for over a week.  I like it when the guys contact me through a reference service such as date-check or preferred411.  Those sites really make feel safe to meet someone for the first time.  I should think it would make a guy feel safe meeting a girl for the first time too.  Those sites are just as strict on making sure the provider is the real thing as they are checking the guys history.
