Mattradd makes a great point....If both ladies a bi and like each other it can be a great experience.....if on the otherhand they are straight and it is a "Gay for Pay" senario I find those far less enjoyable.
I just finished a 3-way a few hours ago with two women that were really into one another and all I had to do was insert myself (pun intended) where ever I wanted because the girls were happily playing together.
Whatever you do just go with the flow and have fun!
- get some rest
- book extra time
- drink a lot of fluids
- don't get drunk, or let them do so
- hope they like each other, they can play with each other in the recovery period 
- more fluids
- fun toys
- tell them what YOU want, it's your time and money
Don't repeat more than twice a year, as it will make the session less exciting in the future, take my word on that one
If they are listed as being "truly bi," know each other and truly into each other, you can just sit back and enjoy the ride, if that's your preference. Good luck trying to write a review! However, if the former is not true, be prepared to be directive in setting up what you want to see happen and experience. Either way, they are usually a "once in a lifetime experience!
