is 9/11
This morning I looked to the DVR for the time and it was 9:11.
Just now I asked my daughter what time it was. She said 9:11.
I asked her again....cause I couldn't believe it, and she replied 9:11.
I don't have that many numeric issues usually. I can say that up until last year I was deeply affected when hearing those two words, nine eleven or when the clock displayed 9:11.
We don't look at clocks anymore like we did in the past. It used to be eleven minutes after nine.
Now it will always be 9:11. For me to catch 9:11 both times, today of all days is curious.

After 9/11 we knew we needed to come together as a strong nation of people. We looked to our leaders to get the job done.

Let's not let our fallen heroes' sacrifice be in vain.

I am sure I am like many Americans. Patriotic and full of hope. Remember how we all rallied together after 9/11?
I never saw so many flags.
Buckets full of money.
Caravans of supplies and volunteers.

We haven't finishing rebuilding America yet.
I want things to be better than they were before 9/11.

I hope we can all find our patriotism every day and not just on 9/11 or Flag Day or Independence day.

Fly our proud colors.

Get out and vote.

Make a difference!


Be a community leader!!  

History will show that great community leaders can become President of These United States.

Then when we look at the clock or see the date 9/11 ...We can raise our heads proudly and salute our country for the freedoms and liberties we are ALL privileged to have.
