It seems like you're trying to find no upcharge for your discharge.

I've said before I've been lucky in my affairs. Perhaps I am, but I've never had a provider try to upsell me. Perhaps it's because my expectations are under control?
Let me answer my own question ... for sure.
I also find Greek is only Ala Carte about half the time. And I only partake when the gal truly enjoys it. I get no pleasure having to be TOO careful when I'm inside her ass. I say TOO because it's a boner killer for me if the gal doesn't want to be there. Even if it's no fee.

donations. Greek is generally an exception because of prep. I've noticed strippers are used to `a la cart... seems to me it costs more that way... I avoid any hint of upsell.
Russian invasion a few years ago in LA. They are masters of the upsell. A $300 session often turns into $450 if you want DFK, BBBJ, CIM, etc., which are services usually included in the posted rate in this market. If I wanted to spend $450, there were always hotter girls who were all-inclusive. Gave up on the Russians and EE's for that reason.
I'm fine with Ala Carte pricing for international
menu items and I enjoy many types of cuisines.
And yes, there are some, but very few women who
offer an all-inclusive dining experience. Now if you
think the $6, 7 or 800/hr "better providers" offer the
works for free ... do the math ... and think again
with an extra charge for greek. It takes some prep and some additional cleanup, so its worth the extra money for those that are into it. I'm not, but once in awhile, I partake if I'm seeing a provider that truly enjoys it. Some enjoy it, others merely tolerate it for the extra money.
I'll pay the freight gladly ... but ONLY when the gal REALLY enjoys it,

I've never had a problem finding escorts who offer trips to Greece with a prix fixe menu, or any other menu items I like. I avoid the ala carte menu. It's really not that hard to find, at least where I play.

More and More the girls (and agencies) are realizing the VALUE of Every Move they make.
CIM is not considered sanitary
and is shifting out of Standard Ho practice
but must admit it's the first time I've heard
those two words used to describe CIM.
And just so you know, my first ATF only did
CBJ ... and that had zero impact on her ATF
rating. But to this day, years and years later,

It is very uncommon to find upsell for those.
One favorite of mine knew I liked COF but had never done it, so she let me do it once. It wasn't her thing, so we didn't repeat. I applaud her attempt to stretch her repertoire and her integrity in not allowing it despite her revulsion to it. With some other gals, I was able to expand their repertoire, and that worked out to our mutual benefit.
The only other mention of this should include massage. Some gals offer massage with HJ or body slide for a vastly lower rate than common GFE with FS. I've always found this a bit counter intuitive since doing a massage is a lot more physically demanding (If done right.) than most FS. But I, for one, ain't complaining
