age first. I won't pay for something that may come my way naturally. Women my age tend to be more crass. I do admit though that what comes with typical youth is flakiness.

The context of the photos is as important as the pics.

Fifty pics with no rhyme nor reason gives me the feeling of a lack of organization and planning.  Introduce yourself in attractive outfit, much as you would answer the door or plan to head out for a night on the town.

Let the flow follow with items removed over the course of a series of photos.  Let them be a depiction of you both physically and your concept of you as a person.

As to how I view the delectable parts of the body, I am not looking for the view of a gal in stirrups ready for her exam.  I like to get a view of the face, though I recognize often that needs to be blurred, and a good understanding of the shape of the lady in question.

Animated is not needed, but I do dislike when each thumbnail opens in a new window that needs to be closed before the next is available.  If they can work as a slide show that is my favored style.

There, now it's said.

Honest to God, if there is a more photogenic part of the body, I don't know what it is.

Of course, a photo has to be well lit, and well posed.

Use a professional photog.  They know their beans.

I hope everyone had an enjoyable Thanksgiving!

Gentlemen, when scrolling through thumbnails, in search of your next date, what piques your interest?  Is it the ladies face, legs, butt, breasts, etc.  Also, how do you feel about animated thumbnails?

Please feel free to pm me, if you prefer.  Thank you in advance for your input.

I have also been curious as to what first attracts a gentlemans eye.  I am very interested in the replies.  :)

Ideally, it starts with a pretty face. Unfortunately, a lot of women value their privacy.

Classy fully body pics would be next on my list.

The close ups of body parts are nice to have, but don't give me an idea of the entire lady.

Animated thumbnails are annoying. They are too small to begin with.

I understand why most ladies don't show their faces, but I can't see why not show everything else tastefully.  Represent what you're representing.

Some ladies web pics might as well be taken from a JC Penney catalog.  Just not enough info there to act on, IMHO.

...when designing your gallery, please make each of the thumbnails clickable to get an ENLARGED version of the pic.  With so many providers' websites, when I click on a thumbnail, it gives the thumbnail right back to me in the same size, or worse, sometimes smaller than the thumbnail.  I tend to move on after encountering that with a provider's website.  Just my 2 cents...

I started this as a bucket list item... Wanted to do a "call girl" once in my life...

I chose her based on her absolutely gorgeous eyes....

The total package was great, age appropriate, wonderful legs, best ass on two continents, but it was the eyes that got me..

Subsequent choices have been made on personality first and then a better than average overall presence.. Personality evidenced by TER posts and web page musing, overall presence evidenced by a good set of images tastefully done.. Personally, I prefer full body shots that tease rather than expose.. I will pass on close ups of your "bits"

At the end of the day, your images should reflect you and your marketing image accurately and honestly...

the quality of the photography is very important. Sometimes it reflects the attitude of the photographer, but more often it is a reflection of the lady's persona. The eye is also naturally drawn to the brightest color - a bright or shiny outfit or piece of clothing, the correctly-lit glow of healthy hair, even a vividly-colored background - can grab the eye quickly. THAT picture should be the first, and the gateway to the rest. THEN come the tits...

Picture quality, technically and aesthetically, is important.  The size (resolution) should be large enough for me to clearly see what you're offering.  I understand the need for privacy but the pics that have the face blurred give me a sense of what 'the total you' looks like and are better than a headless torso.  For goodness sakes, SMILE... this is supposed to be fun!  I take note of what isn't shown in pics.  Fewer pics w/ more angles will generate more interest, you don't know what part of your body will turn a guy on.  I notice hands and arms in addition to the typical high points.  My imagination will always be better than your animation so post stills and I'll provide the (e)motion.

The pictures need to be good quality.  There are lots of cameras & even newer phones that take superior pictures.   The pictures need to open LARGE!
This is the chance to sell yourself & the sizzle sells!
I think a mix of various dress & undress, various poses (need not be totally explicit).  You need not highlight your weak points but do not conceal them either.  The client will see them when he arrives & not be happy...  then you start the engagement with a cloud haning over everything.  There are clients for every body type.   You want good enough & enough quantity of pictures that A) I am comfortable they are all the same person & it's really you.  B) Taking the totality of the pictures, I feel I know what you look like.
You should have a good assortment on your web site.  If you run ads, vary which pict goes on the ads.  Some sites link ads (other ads by this member).

Skip animation & NO MUSIC.  Movies slow down the downloads.  Guys should not view adult material when others are nearby but IF they do, music is a giveaway...  the client will click back off instantly.

.......about thumbnails, but all your advice was appreciated.  I was curious about thumbnails, because there are literally hundreds of ladies to choose from, and a thumbnail is usually a gentleman's first glimpse at the ladies persona.

I have no interest in music or videos, but I appreciate your input.  I recently went to a gentleman's website, as is asked for as part of my verification process, and the site had music; scared the hell out of me, as I did not expect it!

Thank you again for taking the time to give me your .02.

Most of the time I'am trying REALLY REALLY hard to make out the blurred out face to see if she isn't busted with a gorgeous body. Then i look for hair and body.

I understand the need for many of you ladies to blur your face.  What I don't like is thumbs that do not enlarge when you click on them.  I don't want music or need animation, don't need close-ups of your lady bits either, I'll seee them when we meet.  Prefer non-pro type pics over set-up pro ones.  Like the natural look.  As long as I can get an honest idea of your body, I'm ok.  I don't want to be surprised with a body that does not look like what I saw in the pics.

First and foremost, please keep your websites friendly to those who have to surf quickly, safely and anonymously. No Flash (a total killer), no fancy animations, no scripts that some software will block as possible sources of malware, fast - loading pages so I don't have to "accidentally" pull the plug while the display is frozen and someone comes in to my office ... Keep your site friendly to low-tech, not high-tech or maybe have more than one version: "Click here for [flash]. Click here for [mobile]. Click here for vanilla [html]."  (I am high-tech for everything but deliberately low-tech for hobbying.)

Now, as to content, ... I'm not sure what catches my eye first, but I just (10 minutes ago) noticed two things about some ad pics. The really sharp, pro style glamour shots kept my attention longer than the fuzzy DIY camera phone shots. I know (from experience) that the sharp, pro pics might be photoshopped, but I can actually her complexion.  The fuzzy pics left me wondering whether what her skin complexion was like. (This emphasis might change after looking at some more pics with different characteristics.)

Thank you for the Thankgsgiving wishes. I hope that yours was enjoyable as well -with lots to be thankful for.  As for your question as to what would catch my eye: first and foremost,  a radiant smile and a photo  that somehow captures your personality. I am attracted by certain body types so I would want to get a feel for your body, with a clear impression of your figure and particulalry a sense of your breast size, although they do not necessarily have to be uncovered.  If you do chose to show your breasts, I am drawn towards profile shots that show aroused nipples.
One man's opinion - hope that this is helpful. Good luck to you.

If the pictures are of good quality, it will catch my eye ( a cheap shot almost guarantees I close the window unless it is one of these sexy well posed mirror candid cell phone pictures taken in the bathroom that gives the impression of a hot next door girl). Then what I'll consciously or unconsciously scan for is an image that gives me a sense of the overall body structure and proportions.
As for close ups I do care for a close up that shows a bit of face and hair in part of the picture or a close up of a body part where you can appreciate her skin; hair and skin are two indicators not only of beauty but also of health and of how much she takes care of herself physically which often times is a reflection of how she takes care of herself in general.
I hobby rarely in the US; the images and overall web design makes all the difference to me in pulling he gun or not.

Keep it simple.  I really dislike:

The thumbnails that only show a close up of a small part of the picture, forcing you to click every picture to see it.
Slideshows that force you to view pictures in the order and speed presented.
Galleries that are too interactive, that scroll too fast or too slow when you are trying to check them out

Galleries that try to get too creative just get too annoying.

To answer your question a bit more on point, good quality pictures that give a good indication of you is what I look for.  Some full body shots, with and without clothing.  Some that feature your best asset, whatever that might be.

If it's obvious she is hiding a 'flaw', that turns me off.  I am not looking for perfection, but I want to know what to expect.  If there are only a couple of blurry pictures or a few close-ups, I don't take the plunge.  This is a general statement, as I don't know at all what you look like, but I think you are better off finding clients who like you as you are, and not getting people disappointed at the door.  That's backpage shit.  I would assume most want more.

And put a picture in your ads on the boards.  Sometimes I can't be bothered to click through to a website, the disclaimer, the flash intro, the gallery intro, just to see a picture of someone who was never my type to begin with.

Is it the lady's face, legs, butt, breasts....?  Simple answer...yes.  We all have different tastes.  I like long legs, and pictures of long legs in stockings will get my attention every time.  But a perfect ass or breasts will too.  Have a gallery that hits all these things.  Do a leg shot, a cleavage shot, an upskirt tease, a hair shot.  If you keep the gallery simple, we'll see the one that piques our interest and you'll have us hooked.

And back to my original comments, if you hide that picture that we will like behind an animated thumbnail, slideshow, or close-up thumbnail that doesn't show the whole picture, we might miss it, and move on.
