I'll admit, I'm comfy as fuck with the mods here. They jack me up as much as anyone else that deserves it.

Some other boards have been getting the chingas, meaning getting boinked without the pleasure of lube and a kiss on the back of the neck as of late.

But I look down at the bottom of the page and there's 1100+ threads that date back to August of 2011.

That doesn't even include the posts to each thread.

Shit, I posted that many by myself since then.

I'm not a statistician, but with that many threads and posts to each thread, wouldn't that say that this board is infact the premiere place to be? Even if you get an occasional bitch-slap?

I don't know about you, but I like the rough stuff on occasion... ;)

I am admittedly a lurker on this site. I rarely post but get a kick out of reading what goes on here. It's obvious there are some people who post to just start an argument but so what. Give and take is what conversation is all about. I have been hobbying for about a year and have learned a lot from reading threads on this site. I find them informative sometimes and downright hilarious other times. There are some very nice people on here as well as some real jerks but isn't that the way it is in life too.

it's hard to generalize from those data. the POVs of the users and ownership might not coincide.

high click and post counts can be useful in justifying higher charges for advertising space but there are other sources of income. another statistic of interest would be the numbers of new subscriptions, lapsed subscriptions and perhaps most interesting of all new subscription cancellations, folks who sampled the wares and then balked.

now i am comfortable either in Civilization or the Wild West, but most folks aren't and prefer one or the other. self moderation is not necessarily a bad thing. i know if i went to town and just posted every time i found a logical error or statistical inference problem..... it would get ugly much more frequently.

Do I have to? Fuck.

People as good looking as us shouldn't have to work for a living, goddamit!

But I'm guilty also, from time to time. But in the same respect I know when I'm being maliciously fucked with in the upfront sort of manner. The one's that go out of their way to befriend you, just to stick it in your back and twist it a time or two, yeah, I'll do without... ;)

I know what I know, and see what I see. Just cuz I'm not as eloquent, doesn't mean I'm not as intelligent.

I like to throw curves here and there... ;)

In jus a couple of days of reading threads on this site, I've learned some important things about the hobby. There's another board out there (one that guys actually take seriosly) & I read several threads & their information was so way off base.
This one seems very informative.
