You know the beauty of which I speak.

What is the proper term for this fashion statement?  I love it on the ladies.  Near crack exposure on either side and sometimes a thong hiked up over the waist line of the skirt or pant.  Tramp stamps add a nice touch, but that is optional accoutrement.  Unless it says "Daddy's Girl," then you are must reading for this Michigan Ave cruiser for blocks and blocks.  I'm hoping there is a nice easy phrase for this look.  I mean besides, a deep down groan, harbored in my phlegmy lungs, out of the range of the pant suited Hillaries and their pointy witch shoes.  

To whom it may concern: I love you droopy drawers woman.

Its Spring.  For both the Season and little 'diver! Thank you God for your invention of the fleshy crevasse and the good sense to know when to publicly air it out.  Good call.

Apparently,low rise jeans are out of style.The new "in" thing is the high waist jeans.

I think this fad will take awhile to get used to.

I think we would all like to see your "Whale Tale".  Bring a new meaning to the old whalers shout of "There she blows"

whale tails....sounds like stories being told in welsh pub...like to see sum whale tails in a welsh pub as a welsh(wo)man tells a tale.....

Hey guys my Porsche is called a whale tail and while sometimes in long drives I may but a bra on the front I have no idea how to but a thong on its ass...

and on a slender gal, they ride just above the pubic line... oh la la!  love that look.... Course I am not supposed to look.....

I know the magazines say high waisted are in, but looking around town, I don't see many people wearing them unless they're older or they're wearing some strange version in an obvious attempt to be hip. I personally prefer the same normal A/X jeans I've always loved... not low rise, but not up to my belly button either.
