I use the protonmail vpn. It's free, or you can purchase for more countries/options to choose from. I turn mine on and often forget to disconnect it, so I just leave it on all the time. I haven't noticed a slowdown in performance... The only thing ive noticed is that pandora radio won't connect outside of the U.S.
