Thank you everyone for your advice. But there's an addendum to the story. I didn't have to ask the new rate vs old rate question. She actually cancelled on me, midweek, citing it was that time of the month, asking when we could reschedule. This was an out of town arrangement that can't easily be rescheduled. So my new question is the same question. Only this time it might be a month, two, three, six before I can get over to see her. Since I booked at the old rate, but can't reschedule until September...blah blah blah.
I appreciate the ladies who responded earlier. You all seem kind in how you'd handle this situation. But, as we are all aware, there are many crazy guys and gals out there. I've had ladies go off the deep end on me for things far less serious than a rates discussion. Because of that, I always try to tread carefully. It's not easy bringing something like this up.
I would say that the next time you book it will be at the new rate. Unless she offers something different you are going to have to assume the new rate applies. I wouldn't even ask her to extend the old rate for several months. Especially since this is your first meeting
I wish to thank the ladies for all the great ideas. I've decided what to do. Regardless of that, I have learned one important thing with these two threads. I need to plan a trip to Vegas!!
actually does think before he posts. But it is not sentient thinking as you and I understand it. And this is why he is the SPOAT and has retired the trophy in only one night.
His perspective on...anything...everything....it's astounding, really...precludes any reasonably reasonable person from thinking anything other than: seriously WTF.
Here is why, the OP answered her ad stating that she would be available at X time. Now the provider is not available at X time. That's enough for me not to attempt another booking with the same lady.

What's next? You would never make another appointment with her if you showed up and she was on her period, but hadn't told you upfront?
good grief. Do you ever actually think about what you post?
u're now worrying about an appt with her that *might* take place six months from now. I'm not sure this thread is about her rate change anymore. Your fixation with her isn't a positive development for you or her. I think it would be best if you forget her now & remember there are a lot of other providers out there. --z
You booked her at her old rate. She agreed to it. Then she cancelled. If you see her again the old rate applies. If she insists on the new rate, see someone else.
...and pay what she asks for fucks sake. Enough of this nonsense and she will just refuse to see your cheap ass.
Some people are cheap because they barely make more then minimum wage. My take home pay is a little over $1000 a month, so even a $200 escort is expensive for me. But for me $200 is worth it if for GFE. I can easily find women who are willing to provide GFE service for only $200, either by posting an ad on Craigslist or by using seekingarrangement.com
Next time when this kind simple things come up, “try direct communication”. Only two things can result: (1) she will honor the old rate and (2) she will want the new rate. In either case the option is yours.
Since you are new, here is something to keep in mind; never, ever look desperate in P4P business and if you do you will not enjoy and make it miserable for yourself.
