Just a curiosity question....what kind of split does an agency usually have with the girls?  I am sure it varies but I would like to hear some of the common splits, especially from the ladies that work for/with agencies.

I hired some gals from an agency for a price that I knew was ridiculously low.

They explained when they got there that the agency gets 100% of what was quoted for their time, but they got to keep 100% of any tip that I negotiated for services.

It was a real Turkish bazaar back in those days.

Sometimes it is a percentage and sometimes it is a flat fee. Honestly, There are not a lot of agency girls posting here so I don't know how much of a response you will get.

60% to the girl, 40% to the agency is pretty common. Some agencies might be 50/50, those are usually the lower end agencies (from what I've seen/heard anyway).

The ROB agencies in LA charge like 70- 30 (the girls get the 30) and some of the better ones still charge 60- 40 (40 to them.) It's still money I'm not willing to pay out.

In Denver it is common that the girls get anywhere from 35-50 percent at reputable agencies. However the agencies pay for all the marketing, operators, etc. Still seems like they should be getting paid more
