A few of the little things I like are:

Not caring about imperfections in her body, or her face, or her technique, or her level experience, etc. I'm not perfect, I don't expect perfect. It's great when a woman just enjoys sex for sex's sake, and doesn't stress about not being a supermodel or a porn "actress". A woman who is proud of her body.

Eye contact.

If a woman has long hair or a lot of hair, I like it when she ties it up in a bun or back in a ponytail or any other way that keeps it from hiding her face while she's going doing on me, priceless.

During missionary position, no matter which one of us is on top, having her licking my ear, or breathing into it, or moaning into it, or sucking on it, or kissing it or nibbling on it or even biting it.  This is especially good if she does it while she orgasms.

A clean mouth. A woman with a great-smelling and great-tasting mouth is worth gold.

Talking about what we're doing while we do it. Of course, talking about what we're going to do before we do it and talking about what we did after we've done it are good too, but if during sex acts a woman tells me what she wants, what she wants to do, how it's feeling, asks me how I'm feeling, asks me what I want her to do to me, gives instructions, asks for instructions, tells me she's about to climax, etc, it's a big turn on.

An accent. Some women, regardless of what language(s) they speak, even my native English, sound so much sexier when they talk during passionate and aroused times.

Sharing her fantasy with me, and wanting to carry it out with me.

Not worrying about getting "too" wild. I love it when we destroy the bed, or destroy the room, or get really wet and messy. Women who really let go and who really let me go, the wild ones, are the best.
