That would do it. Btw, your website is down too.

Help -- Contact US -- Report a Tech Issue
.
See the drop down menus above.

with a photo of you, then you can not have a profile page.

Someone probably sent in a problem report stating so, and therefore TER took down the page.

If you get a link to something, even an ad, with your photo, tell TER that you want your profile back up, and to have that link placed on it.

That should get you back in good stead.

A provider must have an add up in order to get a first review and get profile established. Not necessary to have a website or add to have the profile up . There today are probably by far more profiles with no add or website then those that do.
IMHO something has happened and will take admin.  to clear up reason or Excuse.

There are many, many profiles with no links. What you are referring to is the initial set up of the profile, not once it is up and running. There was either a software glitch, a mistake made by TER personnel or she did something against TER rules that get her delisted.

When one writes a review one needs to provide a personal website or ad site for the lady. I'm pretty sure that's a mandatory field.

Yes it stays up but does not say “this providers information is no longer available “
Therefore something else is or has gone on.
My first guess would have been provider asked to be delisted but provider said this did not happen.
Hopefully admin. will weigh in on this sooner rather then later.
