What does spoty mean. I couldnt find it in the urban dictionary.
Depending on context, it is either:
Stupidest Post Of The Year
Stupidest Poster Of The Year
.
(although some people include Stupid Post of the Year / Stupid Poster of the Year, w/o the "est")

I don't recall ever having received a ballot.  As FV might say, if my name was on the ballot, I'd vote for myself.

When you mentioned the blue dress, I figured out who they're talking about.  Up until then, I was clueless.  The blue dress is bringing to mind the MANY stupid posts, so I think a SPOTY nomination is appropriate.
