Ever since Covid and the time in between. The rates have skyrocketed to stupid donations. Gone from $500 to $800, $900 to $1200+ an hour (in Chicago). Crazy. I appreciate and respect the donations that the girls ask. I know rates have skyrocketed, gas, essentials and other things.
My point is, I may have the coin but I am so afraid to pull the trigger and accept new people because I don’t wanna get fucked like I did at $500 where they are not GFE or anything near. Nor, I don’t wanna pay $800- $1000+ for what I used to get at $500. There is no “Wow factor” for that kinda money. I have over 75 “OK’s” on P411 and they are asking for new references. I have none because I am afraid of pulling the trigger and getting ripped off. P411 should have an area where if you have no website or reviews you need to justify who you are (the provider). So many of them out there (By the way if in Chicago anyone know anything about this Brazilian wave that is out there? WOW, any legitimacy there?).
To be transparent, I have been just recently (and never have been) blacklisted because I was unsure. I asked someone they accepted (without any questions). That made me nervous and I backed out. Before anyone makes comments, there was NEVER an appointment nor a commitment made. She just decided to jam me.
Am I alone out here or is this really a concern?

It’s difficult unless you are a known frequent flyer. I just started and have now had 4 girls back out the night before, because I can only do early mornings. One reason I only choose girls rated here. Now, all 4 girls who stiffed me were rated here, but, at least I wasn’t worried about getting to the incall and being jacked around. Another good reason not to give a deposit.
A girl who will blow your appointment off will keep your deposit.

This realm hit so many ice bergs with S/F and Covid, to just name two. Many new girls have joined this industry but dont play by the old rules which makes me much more uncomfortable reaching out to them. Many are using OnlyFans as their website, or have no website at all and just a phone or email address. I cant see those women. I have also had to go to other venues to get reviews and profiles as so many ladies have left Ter. And then as you mention, there is the great increase in fees forcing people out of this which is sad.
On getting Blacklisted.. I am on several of them.. Most of the blacklists are a joke. You should know that given that you seem to be around the block with 70+ OKs
Yes, the prices have sky rocketed.. Go with agencies or find a reliable SB if you can.. If people stop paying the crazy rates, they will come down.. The same girls will realize that they are better doing 3-4 appts per week at $350-400 an hour than waiting for that $2000 client forever.

Don't contact any provider for an appointment unless your 100% sure that you want to see her. If you're not sure about services for the price avoid. Thats why I like to stick to providers that I have seen before in the past. Best to pay for vip and read the reviews. Or check your hobby buddies to see if they have seen the provider or know anything about her before making contact.
If I can't find a provider's prices, I will not contact. There is absolutely no reason not to have the price listed. Some figure it out and post their prices.
I don't know the Chicago market, but if it is like the DMV, the Asian agencies have become much more prominent recently. At least one agency (Discreet Story) is in both areas. The Asian agencies here have a lot of very nice and attractive ladies, typically visiting from Korea or Japan although sometimes now living in the US, and their price level is attractive (typically in the $300 - $400 range). Unlike in the past, where you needed to know another Korean lady to get an appointment with a K-girl agency, the new ones seem much more open to accepting other references or P411.
There may be a bit of a language issue. Japanese and to some extent South Korean gals are like Americans in not tending to know any foreign languages, but everyone I have met was extremely skilled at using translations apps on her phone if she wasn't already reasonably fluent in English.
I haven't seen any Brazilian wave here, but that may be because I am happy with what I have and am not looking around. COVID travel restrictions are being lifted rapidly everywhere and it is much easier for gals to travel than even a few months ago.

I never rely on anyone, or any site to screen potential clients. I don’t care how many okays you have, or reviews. It’s a chemistry check for me as well as a safety. I need to know who I am sharing my time with. I have not offered 1 hours dates in a long time, but I see so many providers who are $700-$800 for an hour. I read a review where a guy paid this rate & did not get GFE services. I felt bad for him. At least provide a good service.
You make an interesting point about chemistry check, which I happen to agree with. However it is hard, at least for me, to judge when and how much information about myself to share with a new acquaintance. A line remains which I never want to cross, but that line is different with each person, hard to judge. Yes, I know the stuff not to say, duh! It's wardrobe requests, requesting getting or giving a message that is tough to judge.
I struggle with it to this day. My boiler plate answer is to encourage the lady check my P411 and TER profiles. Most do, but some don't which is a totally different conversation.
I would bet the majority of men on this board value good chemistry.
Early morning appointments are great for me too, but unfortunately we are on opposite coasts.
I like your approach to screening, but I suspect that you are more the exception than the rule. Chemistry checks are great for multi-hour dates (24-hour plus dates while traveling somewhere fun for both of us are my favorite) but neither of us would want to do that on a first meeting. However, that is harder to do that yourself if you travel a lot, or if you aren't from the US or Canada. A one- or two-hour "get to know you" date is the best chemistry check for me.

I Hate early morning appts. They feel clinical and lack romance. I’m a Lover of Candles, mood lighting and very good wine; as opposed to awkward conversations, sleepy eyes and transactional body language.
Unfortunately, early mornings are all I can do.
