A stripper friend of mine does that when she is on the edge - and I find it an incredible turn on... but simpson with a pound or two extra is still hot - quite hot.  And to be really honest about it - I am not a fan of the anorexic look... not at all.

as to photos... most providers do not wish photos of themselves 'out there' floating around where they can do some damage to their non-escort life...
