Do you have any examples?  I haven't seen this phenomenon yet.  Off hand I'd guess they weren't all that familiar with English.

If the provider is not doing the actual website design, then whoever is doing the design will refer to the provder in a 3rd person format.

I think some ladies may write it that way to give the illusion that they hired a writer or their website person wrote the text for them.  I think it's just another way to give off the illusion of super high class.....

Or they may just feel silly writing I this, and I that over and over again......

Surely there must be providers who in real life are nothing like the women they portray while in hooker mode. In their minds, they are 2 distinct personalities sharing one body.
