If you don't post much and don't read the boards much you may not have noticed this. You may be viewing the discussion in "flat" mode. If so that could lead to confusion as to who is responding to whom. Look to the right top of any post that you have open and click on "tree" to change the mode. It's easier to tell where the replies go in "tree" mode.

If you have been reading here of late you may have seen the posts about changes being made on some boards and the discussions as to what everyone thinks of them. They are said to be for the purpose of making the boards more like what you described in your Original post. Some of the posters were I'm sure amused by the irony of what you said in light of those recent changes. I too was amused and laughed some when I read it. Because though most of the time things are good occasionally it gets out of hand. We are glad to have you join us. Be prepared to slog though it sometimes.

I believe he is on the same board as the rest of us. While much work remains to be done, TER Admin and Staff are making great progress in making things right on TER.
