TER General Board

You know Jenny, I thought of much the same thing but I always remember who this board is mainly for..the hobbyist. ASP's for the most part should enter the fray knowing that and realizing that they are in the minority. Even though I have been around and have not yet been unmoderated, I know that if I post in a certain way the posts don't even make on the board so I choose my words very carefully. If my income depended on the male members of this and other boards I would be even more careful as that is the way this game is played because if you don't, you stand a chance of hurting your business, unless of course you are  among the ASP heavy hitters. If I do choose to  play in the same sand box I am fully aware of the unwritten rules and play by them. I'm more than OK with this outlook and generally understand who I am dealing with and why.

Having read these strings, replete with ignorance, inappropriateness, bilateral meanness and general coldness, I now feel temporariiy but totally stripped of all fantasy!

Its sad to watch certain providers not rise above the fray....and seem to engage is self-destructive bickering with loser-guys

Until the small head and the happy fantasy regions of my brain recover - as they are wont to do! -I feel its time to step away from TER.....

Peace

Giorgio

P.S. I am not assuming anyone cares whether the likes of me lurks or not.....but

As of late I hate reading the boards and probably shouldn't any further.

Each time I read an asinine question about why rates aren't $100 an hour across the board now (because that's really what all of these fucking $$$/economy questions are really about) or a poke-the-escort-with-a-stick comment designed specifically to incur the ire of providers or "put them in their place" I am left with a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and I think:

"These are my clients?  This is what the men who I spend so much time with think of me and the service that I provide them?"
...And then I wonder if it is worth it, and what regret I will feel years from now having shared myself with so many people who apparently think so little of me.

I'm going to try step away from the boards too and hopefully return to a place of innocence and pure enjoyment of those who enter my bedroom.

I was a better provider before I routinely read the boards and developed an awareness of the conflict, duplicity and self-loathing of many participants in the business.

Ignorance is bliss.

the people who use these boards are a tiny tiny minority of even TER members, let alone hobbyists in general. And there has been a consistent effort here at facilitating understanding, appreciation and positive communication between provider and hobbyist. Despite the occasional glaring exceptions.....

But it remains true, that provider and hobbyist alike, can suffer from "too much information". The experience thrives on fantasy. It is better to take each person, each experience at its face value, without complicating.

I can identify with the client who feels sullied by the occasional conversation here, and especially with the provider who may as a result approach her clients with skepticism instead of openness.

I do feel, however, that more good is done here, than harm. More positive than negative. More toward understanding between all involved parties than the fomenting of conflict.

Cheers

Come on guys....give up on all the fantasy nonsense!  I like the ladies I see too and some would probably say they like me but I never lose sight of the fact that it is a business transaction.  If I don't like the price there are plenty of other fish in the sea.  Pissing and moaning about the freight is a losing proposition.  Pick something in your price range and move on.  All of the so called fantasies and benefits of regularity await those who accept the rates and get to the sex without further adieu...

You are taking words and opinions posted by total strangers on an internet website way too seriously...

Fantasy? Well OK if that's what works for you but it's much more important not to lose sight of reality...

and whining about it gets older then the subjects that you are complaining about.
Stomping your feet is a reflection on yourself, and not representative of the community.
I don't like every post and every person here either, but I still respect their voices.
I even find myself agreeing with BG57 again.
Get a grip on yourself, Giorgio. Seriously.

at how many hits this board actually gets..

We are not experiencing any up swing in attendence from what I can see..TER counts each time a person opens up a post..200 or 300 hits is not a lot of people for one post..Most get under 100

I think a lot of people are moving on and reading less..It is not the fault of the everyday posters who do get involved with these boards..

Sorry your leaving and hope you come back and visit again soon..

This is my Sunday addition to the board and I have plenty to do besides this..We who are here all the time take great pains from our daily activities to add whatever we can to make this an active community forum..

I'm afraid in every community there's politics..both good and bad..Heading to your fantasy theres a lot of reality on the way..

please don't complain about the content till you yourself add to it..

We looked at how much some of you guys are spending and decided to raise prices. We figured it is better to spend the money on the family than a man spending it on a lady on the side. I guess this explains why so many negative posts about provider rates.

Threads like those I just skip over.....I read the first few comments, and kept it moving.....I don't see the point in constant bickering over something you have no control over......imo...

does reading a providers pages and pages of reviews where its expressed shes been paid for such intimate time with many others bother you? does that ruin your fantasy? or is it just board posts where its reiterated that the ladies here are paid service providers?

...and it bothers you that providers dont "step above the fray" but you're not bothered BY the fray you feel they should step above??
