Unfortunately most ladies who would be great for you are not last moment dates. I know I would need minimum of one day advance notice for a couple's date.

Most ladies I have had join a civvie lady and myself were truely BI and only charged a small percentage of their regular fee to see both of us, or none at all there after.
Usually 100-200 more and they were a minimum of 2 hour sessions that usually went much longer due to such mutual pleasure and fun.
Find a lady that is truely BI...not just BI for pay. You both will be much happier !!
What the hell does being truly Bi have to do with rates? Shudda, that's a sentence I'd have expected from a twit or newbie; you're usually not the first and definitely not the latter.
I charge full rates for TWO people and for a minimum of two hours. I don't care if they're a couple who've been together since year one or newlyweds on their honeymoon, or anything in between. Why do I charge so much? Because most of the time it's HE who wants this, not her. The rates I charge will bring me ONLY those who really want my services.
Yes, I'm truly Bi. Yes, I've entertained one couple under that rate. And yes, we ended up being together for about a half-hour longer, but those extra 30 minutes was my gift to them because we were having a wonderful time!
So, being truly Bi has NOTHING to do with rates!

..My SO at this point is "bi-curious". We've worn out CL (aaarrrrgghhh!!), AFF and such. Kept running into flakes, fakes and bullchitterz.. I don't want this thing to get jacked by some moron so I'll admit I've been a little "protective" of this first encounter to try and make sure things go well. I mean c'mon, my wife swings with me, supports my "hobbying" and is an overall great person. Bet yer azz I'm protective of that.!!
So anyways, we thought we may try to setup something with a provider just to get a little "taste" she could check out. But bedamned if the providers weren't all stayin home eatin bon-bons last night. Not only screening two instead of one, but also making double-sure that wife is really into this as much as you are. If she isn't, or if she has serious doubts, then I can't in good conscience agree to meeting with both of you; it wouldn't be fair to her and it would / could put a serious crimp in your playing elsewhere later.

I charge double the rate and they must agree to a minimum of two hours. It takes a lot of energy to entertain two people at the same time and make sure that both are comfortable with it. And this is after I've met with them separately, at different times, to get a clear okay from HER as well as him.
Well, personally I do charge 300$ extra for couples: this is for menage a trois!
Otherwise if the 3rd party only want to watch I only charge 100 extra.
