Bad business

You must be single cause I can't imagine a married guy letting a chick get away with that; bite marks look like...bite marks. Explain that to the wife:

It's just a strange rash that conincidentally forms a perfect U shape? Random spider-monkey attack on the way home from work? Joining a Sookie Stackhouse cult? You WANT a divorce?  

Scars/Souvenirs

It can certainly be tempting in the heat of the moment, but I wouldn't take liberties with leaving physical evidence! It stinks that you can't just enjoy the moment without that scar, or rather souvenir

happened to me once before the divorce.  I went to the local Dillards cosmetic counter and explained to the young lady that I needed to cover up bite marks.  She was very helpful, though probably thinking "isn't this guy a little old for this crap?"

The craze spurred the sale of turtle neck shirts so that you could hide the mark caused by sucking and biting down on the skin of the lower throat, but easily reveal it to friends you wanted to impress.

I haven't had the experience with any escort, and I have never really had the urge myself, but one civie date really was into it and warned me that she was a vampire about this.  I sort of dug it at the time since she was so wild about sex anyways.

It turned out that she dumped me after about three intense weeks of sex with her.  She told me that my blood "...didn't taste like hers."

I think I could write a book about weird reasons for being dumped.

....and I have enjoyed it VERY much in the past with friends and such.

For me, it's a sign that you are beatin' my poor cervix unmercifully and I want more!!!!
