I had similar issues with Viagra at first. I found that taking it three or four hours before the encounter was better than taking it right before.  It's also possible that your dose may be too high.

Everyone reacts a little differently to the various meds that are out there.  A bit of experimentation is usually in order.

Disclaimer, I had spent most of the day drinking, which is worse than ED meds where it comes to being able to finish.

Truth be told, even if I had not been able to finish, I still would have enjoyed myself immensely. I don't really worry about it anymore, I have accepted the fact that I won't finish evrytime, but some providers (and civvies) take it as a personal affront if the guy doesn't finish.

I'm a fifty-something guy and fairly new to the hobby.  I started using Cialis about a year ago, the one-off kind (take-one-before-sex, not the take-one-every-day kind).  It works in making me hard--very hard.  But, I find that I'm pretty insensitive, and, more often than not, I cannot pop.  I don't mind that so much, as my time with the lady is still very nice, but I wonder if insensitivity is a side-effect.  Or...maybe it's just me getting old.....

Changing my depression meds, under Dr's supervision, i,m also on bp and cholesterol meds, which effect me sexually.(not sure yet what to do about those two meds) Going to have Testosterone levels checked soon.
So, i hope something works, cause i'm damn tired of it.

I take all the meds you mention except those for depression.  I know from friends who take them that there are definitely sexual side effects.  I hope whatever change you're making works.  Problem is, another depression med could have no sexual side effects, but also not work well for the depression.  Good luck.  I sometimes can't pop during a session but have learned to enjoy it anyway.

I've run into the hard to orgasm issue or having a physical orgasm where I spurt, but don't get the full release.
Last time I was with a provider, she though I was disappointed with her when I suddenly just flopped out, but explained the issue, and she worked over my other erogenous areas while I jacked off. I wrote her a great review for being able to work with me to get me to a real full orgasm.

It's easy to split cialis.  Just cut it in half and see if a lower dose give more satisfactory results.

Besides a lower dose, on myself I notice the positive results last longer then 24 hours and the lower sensitivity goes away sooner. So actually the performance is better the second day.
