Re: Regulars :)

Just a curiosity question Grace and you certainly don't have to answer, but when you use the term "regular" is there a predominance of what that means?  Like are the majority are weekly or bi-weekly or some other regular number of sessions?

Questions for providers:

1. Which do you value more, a regular or a new customer?

2. What if you are in an appointment with a regular who wants to extend for an hour, but that will overlap with your next appointment with a new customer? Do you extend with the regular or end on time so you can see the new customer?

3. What if you are in an appointment with a new customer who wants to extend for an hour, but that will overlap with your next appointment with a regular? Do you extend with the new customer or end on time so you can see the regular?

4. Are regulars a big part of your business? Why or why not?

About 90+ percent of my clients are regular/repeat clients, so I value them highly. I much prefer an ongoing client/companion relationship, as I think that's where my "talents" in this world truly shine. I adore my regular clients, from the wealthy guys who see me for multi hour dates twice a week to the guy who pinches his pennies to see me every couple of months. Those clients are there because they want to see ME, not just to get off. I don't try less hard with one-time or new clients, but I doubt I'm as much fun, either. I'm not the kind of escort who has a totally different persona- for better or worse, I'm just me. My best possible version of me, but still :) that's hard to do with someone I meet for the first time- I have to get comfortable with someone before I'm able to let my boundaries loosen up a bit and really warm up to someone. With clients who allow me to do that, I'm genuinely passionate and sensual, totally immerse myself in discovering and fulfilling their desires and fantasies, AND I'm part therapist/confidante/friend, all in one small package.

To answer your other questions:
2: I pretty much never am in this position, as on the rare occasions that I see multiple clients in a day, there is a lot of space open between, so if a client wanted to extend their would be plenty of time to do so. I wouldn't extend at the expense of an appointment with a new OR regular client, under normal circumstances. With regulars, there have been some occasions where I've cancelled other dates with several hours notice- such as finding out at the beginning of a date with a regular that they've had some serious personal troubles or traumatic events. If something like that has happened with a regular, I would cancel other dates in order to be their for them. That's very rare, however . Generally speaking I don't extend with anyone of that means a cancelled date with someone else.

3-see above

4- see above, lol. Regulars are approx 90 percent of my clientele. Most of the rest of the clients I meet are referrals from my two duo partners, and occasionally I'll meet maybe 1 or 2 new clients a month who contact me and are really interested in specifically meeting me. I am somewhat hard to find as I don't advertise heavily, so it's pretty easy to tell if someone is pursuing a date with me because I pique their curiousity, or if they're just looking for someone based on need or physical attraction alone.

I just saw this, but for me, it's not so much the frequency as it is the regularity of our visiting. Most of my regulars I see once a month or more, but I have a dear regular client that I only see every couple of months as he has to pinch his pennies to afford hobby time. He's still a regular, as I can always count on him to be back for a visit as soon as he can afford. It's also about the relationship, I've had some clients who I develop that "regular" relationship with in a couple of visits as we just click and I know they'll continue to return.

Because they are paying. However, flaking out on a regular is not a great idea (at all) if you want your client base to be based on regulars. Why would anyone flake on a regular, unless they are trying to get rid of them?

I wouldn't have a regular, (or any date,) coming after another date in any time less than 8 hours, if even same day... however if I did, I would be stupid to start getting lazy and careless with someone who is a long term faithful client.

A very high percentage of my client base is regulars, and I generally get months with zero new clients, some months 2 or 3, some months 1, etc etc etc... I focus more on keeping returning clientele than obtaining new but still focus on obtaining new to replace when regulars decide to move on to the next shiny thing.

I would prefer a first or second-time client not try to extend so I can see their sense of time.

With all, I prefer they all book the time they truly need and generally only extend dates on very special occasions/circumstances. I also have personal commitments that I want to stick to so I can be rewarded in the long run.

Do most provider's simply flake on regulars when they want to get rid of them? Or just you?

Going after Courtney for a very reasonable, on topic post.  Hope you enjoyed that. What a guy.

then new guests since I have been around a long time.

1.  Both.  I new guest has the potential to become a regular and a regular there is a little more comfort there because you do know them and what to expect.  Both get my full attention and my best sensual me.   1 does not get better then the other, though alot of how you are treated and how things go depend on you and how you treat me...

2 and 3.  I will not extend a session if my guest wants to if i have another guest after that would "bump" into his time.  I am a 1st come 1st served or rather serviced kind of girl.  If there is only a 30-1hr block between my current and next guest I just let them know that I would be happy to offer the extended date to them next time but currently I have other prescheduled appts to attend to.  So far I have not anyone get upset about it so I will continue this way.  However I do prefer to see only 1-2 per day most days so usually extending is not an issue.

4.  Yes, I would say about 70% are returns and that new guys come in bursts.  Have had weeks where all 5 of my appts were new guys, and I have also had 2-3wk stretches where the last 10-15guys were all past guests.

Personally there is a comfort in not having to screen someone and the time it takes to do so.  Sometimes it is easy and takes 30mins and other times especially with references it can take days and followups.  Also can be a little nerve wracking when you are unsure of a guests expectations till they walk in the door, especially since some feel ill at ease to share things till they arrive that could make or break the session.

Anyway from a business standpoint those are my views.  From a female, bring them on.  The more I visit the better chance I will get to have a few O's since I am so well known for my mouth, it is rare I do much else....

Licks, Sage

the money.  After all its a business.  All things being equal, regulars always get priority over new customers.  However, if you're a regular booking an hour and a new customer has booked two or three hours, there's a good chance that even a regular will get bumped.  I know, because I done it when I couldn't get the time I wanted.  I upped my session to two or three  hours and suddenly, the time I wanted became available.

you have it all figured out.  Now with a depilatory, some kneepads and a tube of lipstick you are in business.  Oh let us not forget some advertising, a website, an incall and other over inflated expenses so you can arrogantly inflate your prices.

from the 600+ providers I have seen and the two dozen I have had real life relationships with.  Don't blame the messenger if you don't like the message.  When you have RL relationships with providers, as GaG will tell you, you get the unvarnished truth about the business, some of which varies from "not-pretty" to "ruthless", that I know you ladies don't want the johns to figure out.

Why would you post you have seen "600+ providers" when you only have reviews of a quarter that many?  How is this board to take you seriously?  LOL

And now I need YOU to prove you have had "two dozen" real life relationships.  Please provide some proof.  Me thinks you are not telling the truth...again.

Maybe you can tell the class about your excess of successes?  The gaudier the better.

You are definitely your own best audience.

I was the second highest reviewer nationally on another review site that closed down in September of 2015.  The guys that came over here from there at the same time I did know me from there.  So almost 400 reviews there and closing in on 150 here in two years, and I don't usually review indies, so can you do the math?  I heard your profession deals with numbers.  Pencil pushers are usually good with numbers.

At the top of this board, it shows I have been a TER member since 2008, I just wasn't reviewing here, and I was posting under a different handle.  When I came here I brought my CDL handle with me so my friends could find me.  Did you think I've been a TER VIP since 2008 and didn't see my first provider until September of 2015?  You really are clueless and can't connect the dots, can you.

Lastly, I can't believe you're calling me out on my number of reviews.  How many do you show?  Then you challenged ME to do some research, then you don't do any.   Do you see the irony in that?  The more you shoot off your mouth, the stupider you look.  You're making this too easy.  LOL

Can you tell the class about your incredible financial success?   Maybe scream a bit louder about how many reviews you write as well?   That's your barometer of success?  Paying to get laid and referring to your fairy tales as affirmation. LOL

Why not try and meet someone that doesn't require payment to actually talk with you?  I know that is scary...rejection is always scary.  You know..its been your story for decades.

Maybe check around a bit more about me.  Or rant some more.

Thanks for playing!

between eight and ten times what a CPA makes.  Does that put it in perspective for you, chump?

I don't know what the entry level pay is for a CPA.  But for grins let's say it's 50k.  So you want the class to believe you make a whopping 400-500k?

No wonder all you can afford are 200/hr hookers.

Maybe ask for some OT?   They do offer OT at Home Depot...right?

Why not just say you make millions and millions?  And your myriad of reviews of low end hookers is your proof.  I would believe you.

I like your stories.  Do you know Bob Sugar?  Now there is a guy who is really wealthy.  And he is admired by all.  Maybe strive to achieve his greatness.

they make 50K a year, but in California the ones I know all make reasonable six figures, about 150K per year, but my figure was based on my own guy at Ernst and Young, who is significantly higher than that.  You said entry level, I didn't.  I'm not surprised that entry level would be YOUR frame of reference.  You have probably gone as high as you can with your limited education, but I applaud your drive.  You are a shining example for hard working middle class Americans.  You should be proud of yourself and any successes you have had in life.

I don't know bob sugar, but if my memory serves me, he's got one review.  Hardly sounds wealthy to me, but on the other hand, compared to a guy with no reviews, he might be wealthy compared to guy like you.  If you save your money and hide it from your wife, maybe you can sneak out and see your first provider some day, then write a review, and be like your idol, Bob Sugar.  The provider you see is not going to expect a tip.  They never do with guys in your class.

If it wasn't so easy to bait you, this would have been a boring evening.  I'm calling it a night, go ahead and have the last word, its what wannabe guys like you live for.  Some people can pull off envy with a little aplomb.  You're not one of them.  Your attempt at ridicule reeks of it.

Finally got you to quantify a number...and it's a mid-level salaried slave wage.  And as most other slave wages, you only hang with other slave wages.  As several of "us" have tried explaining to you, there are some of "us" who don't rely on that weekly paycheck.  Some of "us" have made, and continue to make, "our" money as owners,  and "we" sign the fronts of checks while YOU and your other slave wages sign the backs.

Get back to me when you finally are interested in knowing and understanding how businesses operate.  The view from down where you are is quite myopic.

And it ties right into your bloviating about agency hookers...as that's all you can relate to.

Oh...and Bob Sugar has NO reviews either  LOL    Please make sure you fully complete a project before you babble more nonsense.  I'll have to tell your supervisor about this.  Don't you have an issue with having a woman be your supervisor?  Sounds like it since all you can afford are those low level hookers working at an agency.   You are one of those tricks that feels the need to have control over something...anything.   Now go and write another story of erotic fiction for those 15 days VIP.  And maybe toss in some OTC so you'll feel better about yourself.  YOU deserve it  ;)

Tsk, tsk.  No credibility at all.  Like I said, you reek of envy.  I can smell it all the way on the left coast.

when they can't think of anything else to say? Gals do that a lot, just sayin!

This is the Bob.Sugar I know and love...and he is the smartest, best looking, wealthiest, strongest and most humble poster ever to be on TER (here's the hint CDL...that was an alias of mine).  And nope...no reviews by Bob.

Now on to the important stuff....why did you delete your posts?

How's your Dad?

what's being said and how they're saying it and it becomes pretty clear when its true.  But I agree, some claim that when the indicators aren't really there.

When someone becomes so obsessed it starts to look like stalking, then that's the main indicator.  Most people that suffer from chronic jealousy of others reveal themselves by trying to demean or ridicule the person they are jealous of.  That's the easiest marker to spot from my experience.

When you start to see it, you just bait them and it won't be long before everyone on a board knows they're jealous as they become increasingly unhinged.

He seems to be getting his jollies baiting you. Something to ponder.

I'm headed to a session now, something I doubt he knows anything about.

So you don't think him declaring Bob Sugar has NO reviews when its right there for everyone to see is a little unhinged?  Granted, it might just be senility.  He brought the guy up. not me.   He keeps dodging the question about his hobby credentials, because he has none.  That may not be unhinged, but certainly seemed to verify my allegations, so the subject gets changed to a new made-up topic.  The whole thing just seems bizarre.

Just got the go ahead text, so I'll be out in two hours.

-- Modified on 8/8/2017 4:02:11 PM

He may be getting his "jollies" but he's getting his ass kicked. Based on what I know about him CDL is a successful business owner not a wage slave. He's definitely not lying about being the second highest reviewer in a National group.

I've had disagreements with him before but I never brought money into it.

If you bring money into it with a California guy you people from other areas (except NYC) will usually lose.

-- Modified on 8/8/2017 4:37:08 PM

Yep...but he deleted his posts regarding this as I'm sure he's paranoid that his IT guys would trace all this back to him  LOL

And writing reviews is a qualification of what exactly?  Seems anyone with a computer/phone/laptop can write them.  Some however are more skilled with their literary skills.

Have you met CDL's dad?

I did not see the deleted post where he brought up his "wealth." Yes, sometimes he sounds like a braggart.

You mentioned that he only had 160 reviews. He said he had tons more in another group. I know that is true because I recognized the name.

He is NOT my "bud." I don't go to mixers or try to be one of the cool guys on the internet because I have family and friends in the real world and don't make mongering the focal point of my life.

Maybe he'll come back here and share with the class how he's amassed his incredible wealth.  I'm sure it's quite a story.

He's busy right now helping his Dad take a sponge bath.  He's a really good son.  But I'm sure he'll write another review to earn another 15 days VIP and claim he's helping the SoCal economy  LOL

$ 200 at a time...what a great philanthropist  ;)

As I said I have no way of knowing what CDL posted if it was deleted. In the Bay Area we once had thriving Men's only private forums.

We had quite a few AAMP guys. Based on the professions and the investments we talked about it's obvious that the AAMP guys were not there to save money. Maybe some do but not the ones I talked with. They were guys who had "yellow fever." Many went 2-3 times a week for two hour sessions. That means some of them were dropping around 5K a month in after tax money on AAMPS.

revealing a little too much about my real persona to the point I got concerned about maintaining my anonymity with the indies I see that follow these boards.  AAMP girls and their bookers would never make the connection because they read the reviews but not the boards.  There are many indies here on the various boards that I have seen and will see where I will use my work information to get verified.  I never give up my TER handle when booking.  I don't think posts got removed downstream from the one I had to remove except from him and me.  If you lost a post in the process, I apologize.  It was necessary.

I was one of three guys in LA that were invited into the Bay Area private discussion group you refer  to on that other site that went out of business.  It was because we were all high-volume and could exchange intel on large numbers of Kgirls with our NorCal brothers because many of us hobbied in both cities.  I got great guidance from the guys up there on the best girls to see when working or visiting in the BA, and I like to think I made a lot of BA guys happy with the info I provided for their trips South.  I didn't know you were part of that group, but I'm guessing you used a different handle over there.  Many of the guys in the LA and SF private groups had a hobby budget of $5-10,000 per month, so they weren't seeing Kgirls because they didn't have enough money for a white provider.  It was a preference, that's all.  Many of those guys are here and will PM but not post on the public boards and TER has no private boards that I'm aware of except the PO, RO and agency boards.

It was pretty obvious to the rest of us that while you were declaring victory, Doc was playing you like a fiddle.

Let's chalk it up to you not being "on your game" yesterday. I started to have some fun with you on another thread, but I pulled my punches because you simply weren't much of a challenge yesterday. lol

As for your posts, whenever you delete a post, or if Admin does the deleting, ALL posts that are part of that branch are deleted along with it. As for "private boards" on TER. I would hardly call any of the boards "private" with the exception of the Moderator and possibly the Agency boards, the RO and PO boards are private in name only, they both leak like sieves.

I even think that Ron took his company public.  And made real money.  CDL...not so much.

I use to have quite a bit of this problem a couple years ago. I'd have either a regular or new person wanting to extend, but I use to pack so much into a day that it would conflict with other appointments and piss someone off.

So instead, I've pretty much gone exclusively toward booking only what was requested for the session duration. I'm sure it annoys some people that they don't get a choice if they'd like to extend, but it also doesn't lead to a situation where a potential future or present client is lost because of that.

As far as a general value, I'd say it's pretty subjective and situational. I value all of the people that see me and do my best to treat everyone equally (though I do have a few ATF's) because it's just the right thing to do. With that, I will note that I prefer regular/repeat clients.

I like to compare it to dating. Yeah first dates are fun and the butterflies from someone new is great, but there's also the reality that those butterflies can make for a bit of awkwardness at times. After that first date when everyone is comfortable, things get even better because the familiarity with the other washes that awkwardness away.

When is come to a provider/client relationship, it's pretty much the same. My goal is to screen until I know the color of the spots on their dog, but they're a always a measured level of disk involved with new clients (for them and for myself) on a first time deal. So while everything may be absolutely amazing in the appointment, that general cloud still hangs over it. I've noticed that with the same people in subsequent appointments that the cloud is gone and everything just gets amped up.

It's also great seeing new people because it keeps things changing, new, and interesting. It's also a way to develop new relationships and find previously unknown favorites and friends.

So each group has their own positives and negatives; I don't think theories any one specific group is value more, but I do have separate value for each.

1. I value both, but have a special place in my heart for regulars. Who I often will chat with outside of sessions, and bring extras that I know they like, though I don't do OTC time

2. The new client took time out of his day to see me. I respect his time and the effort he put into seeing me. I would let the regular know that I have a conflict.

3. Same as above, end the current session and see the next client.

4. Yes and no. I tour a lot so see a lot of new people. When I'm home, I see about a 2:1 mix of regulars to new clients depending on the time of year because of the type of city DC is

Regular or New..So  long as Everyone's HAPPY

1) I raised my rates in March because they were way too low and lost a few with that alone.  I acquired some great new people and they have treated me a lot better than many of my "regulars" did.  I stopped seeing many who were always asking for OTC time, booking a time and then switching it constantly, ones who just annoyed me with patronizing attitudes...ect and I'm a lot happier for it.  I have a few from my "clean up" left and they are great.

2) I would see the few old regulars I still have over a new person in a heartbeat but would not cancel or push meeting times out with new clients.

3) it's very rare that I would have just an hour in between appointments, if I did I would stick to the schedule.

4) They used to be but I stopped seeing many who were dragging me down.  I'm prioritizing multi hours over one hour appointments to become lower volume so my ratio of new clients to regulars is currently higher.

Grabbing popcorn.  Let's see who gives the best sales pitch.  lol

They both are great with regulars friendships are built and with new clients its always exciting to meet a new person that can perhaps become a regular and friend ❤

Huge- maybe 80-90%. In my case, most of my friends are from out of town, so I see them as often as they get to Tampa- sometimes twice a year, sometimes 4x a year. I love having ongoing relationships with people!! :) They truly become dear friends.
